It will be excellent if all cars had a universal Digital Card that can be supported by all Toll Booths in India for auto payment. This will greatly reduce toll time and also promote #DigitialPayments and also allow the government to keep track of the movement of vehicles from one point to another. And can also help locate stolen vehicles.

Open a Public website to allow people to provide the information about 1) all black money activities happening to their knowledge. 2) Who is getting bribe 3) who is storing agriculture and food products illegaly and making huge profits in black market. etc..... Do advertisement about this website in radio and Tv. That gives complete transparency and fear to do illegal activities. Obvious there will huge opposition for this from most of politicians for this as well.

Firstly add syllabus of Digital Payments in 10th and above classes. Remove all transaction charges from online/debit/credit card payments forever for promotion. There should be only one card PANCARD, which should work as identity and atm card of every person. PANCARD should be compulsory to every citizen of india (ofcourse to 1 day child). No need of taxes at all, every tax will be related to bank transaction. Auto Tax cutting from bank account on 31st of December every year.
