Need to check these immediately: (1)Still Transaction Fee is levied on Digital Payments and transfers. How can we encourage digital payments if the additional fee is levied? All sorts of digital payments and transfers should be made transaction-fee-free and scrupulously monitored for proper implementation (2)Some firms are encouraging 'Cash' transactions by giving 'discounts' on purchases through cash. This won't be of any help to digitalization, instead if discourages digital payments.

I have seen individuals adopting the new cashless transaction system very efficiently, however I had to go to 3 different "doctors" practising individually and all of them were adamant on use of "Cash". Doctors are supposed to have highest moral practices as they are looked upon as "Gods" in India, but my experience has been a very sorry one. Can government do something in making "Doctors" accept this changing scenario and come clean on their accounting and start accepting digital payments?

Government must implement one billing system for all commercial units from small to medium to large from the point of entry till exit. What I mean is anybody India who is authorized sell goods or services to another party who maybe and end user or middle man must use government controlled billing system that generates unique invoice number for that transaction. In this way there will always be a trail of such transactions which must be monitored by Income Tax department.
