Dear Sir, I feel the govt must look into the rampant exploitation of patients by medical practitioners. Even after so much emphasis on digital payments. I have seen private hospitals turning back patients who are short of cash. There is a requirement for grievance redressal mechanism against such exploitation. I think medical practitioners have lots of black money and benami properties but they do not come under the scanner as they are self employed.

India is a very big country ,for cashless India it will take few year may be 4-5 year due to economic status and illiteracy .so a handsome amount of currency will used in future.so the net work of fake currency will try to introduce more and more fake currency in India which they did in past, terrorist activity ,human trafficking, illegal work, drugs business etc will increase.so my suggestion is install fake currency checking machine in different public place s like bank, railway station etc

1. There needs to be some clarity as there are so many apps to do digital transactions which is very confusing for a common person. The government needs to promote one single way, whether its BHIM app or payment using Aadhar number and do it well. 2. I have tried and USSD did not work at all on a several phones. 2. Need to consult with companies like Google or Facebook which operate at a large scale, to build systems that can support so large number of transactions.

Without explaining all the aspect of cyber security dangers and other cons to villagers and marginal people about digital payment. Their inclusion can backfire negatively to Indian economy. Digital literacy should concentrate on providing unbiased information ,empowering citizen to self analyze critically the use of digital payment
