Government should make efforts to induce people to pay digitally atleast once. If anyone does a transaction once, chances are that they will do it again. Lucky draws are old trick. Please use innovative ideas. Please see recent aggressive marketting campaigns by different companies e.g. UBER increased its market share and induced customers by proving free Rs 100 credit to new customers who installed and used app to avail free credits. Please do similar trick. People will learn their own.

Sir, more than a suggestion, I would like to provide a solution. I have an idea which is simple and secure to convert every transaction digital. But, it just needs government's approval and support. It is not an internet- based service, so it can work even in the rural areas. Please provide me 10 minutes to describe. Thank you.

#DeMonetisation has paved the way for #DigitalPayments. If all government offices, from govt schools to colleges, hospitals to clinics, Municipalities,Courts, Post Offices, Jewellery outlets etc, watever is under direct control of GOI, are made to opt only #DigitalPayments Or #BHIMApp; and any xchange of cash within govt premises are deemed punishable offence, what PM @narendramodi dreams of, will go a long way. Sir I want to say that first we have to give training to cyber cell police to tackle the fraud. If any fraud occurs, there is a online portal for giving the details of fraud.so we can do easily tackle the problem and reducing the crime of digital payments. If any person is doing payment by online they have internet and they will inform the issue easly.

OPERATION OF DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS IS LITTLE BIT DIFFICULT MOSTLY TO THE ILLITERATES, SEMI / SEMI URBAN AND RURAL AREAS. AGRICULTURAL PEOPLE. MORE POSSIBILITIES FOR FRAUD/CHEATING, COMMISSION RELATED ACTIVITIES THUS MORE EXPLOITATION.THIS ACCUMULATES MORE IN UNACCOUNTED INCOME SO HE BASIC PURPOSE MAY BE DEFEATED. EVEN IN CITIES, THE CYBER CRIMES ARE UNAVOIDABLE.
