Payments through cards become burden to the card users, like banks are charging monthly rental and service charges for every transaction from the retail or wholesale vendors. These vendors charging 2 - 3 % charges for every payment through cards. Why should pay 24 -36% of interest to their own money to the banks through vendors, is this right way in digitalization. Is this indicating looting the people. Try to avoid such type charges from the banks. Your % S of rebate also very less .

Dear sir, Few suggestions for the digital payment committee: 1. Biometric reader to scan finger print for AEPS should be issued as a loan to shop owners to encourage less cash transactions 2. There should be a short term incentive to the customer to use AEPS, this can be phased out after few months 3. Transaction charge for below small amounts like Rs 2000.00 should be abolished

Acceptance of all donations should be in the form of cheque or in demat (for gold, etc.) form only, especially greater than Rs. 2000.I really wish to have highest cash transaction volume in Rs. 50 notes only in our economy & all financial frauds to be treated as CRIMINAL OFFENSE with minimum punishment of jail only. Also an effective judiciary needed is also very very important for promotion of non-cash economy or all kind/type official deals
