This is not a suggestion...but to showcase what is happening on N.H. 8 toll booths at from jaipur to Delhi..when these days if somebody giving his card for payment and saying that there is no cash with them...toll booths are allowing commuters without payment...these are same toll booths who used to have fight with commuters if any person tender less ammount or refused to pay. They don't want to show on records how much they have earn in a single day..

The Govt. should bear the transaction charges on digital payments as this will avoid chance to seller of either asking buyer pay for transaction fee which normally buyer avoids to pay and buy in CASH or seller pretend machine not in order. INSTEAD, the seller and buyer should also be given some incentive for digital transaction. After all, Government is going to GAIN from TAXES due to increase in TAX COMPLIANCE. There should PENALTY on sellers who are reported not accepting digital payment.
