The Government of India issued guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means on 29th February, 2016. The guidelines can be seen (here). A Committee was also constituted under the Chairmanship of Shri Ratan P Watal, Principal Advisor, NITI Ayog and Former Finance Secretary with key industry stakeholders, RBI and concerned Government Departments to review medium term measures necessary to promote the digital payment system in the Country. The Committee’s report can be seen here.

The Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India invites public Comments / suggestions on the report. We invite you to read the report and provide your valuable feedback and suggestions by 11th January 2017. The final decision on the Report will be taken after considering the comments/suggestions received on the Report.

Modi Sir, In our country internet speed is very bad and in world raking no is 117 (3.0 MBPS). this is very bad because other country like japan they are testing 7G in there country but we are working on only 4G and it has package very costly it is not suitable for middle class family, this situation is very bad when we go to digital India. So please do something in this issue. Thanks.

Sir,Thank you so much for accepting suggestions.I always doubted if my suggestions wud ever reach to U,so always hesitated. Sir,to Generate Huge Employment U may announce a Scheme-If anyone start a new Startup/company/Shop/Cottage-small industry with employing all fresh/unemployd persons wud get benefits in Taxes/interest on loans/govt purchases etc.And if the Company wud adopt all transactions DIGITALLY investors wud get more benefits including insurance, Gvt Gyrnty, Subsidy etc.

Dear PM Sir, Thank you for taking such a good steps towards digital India / Cashless transactions. I have one suggestion regarding fine collected by RTO officers. Government should collect fine through debit / credit card / Net banking / cheque or any other e-Wallet only. This will help to achieve cashless India & Corruption free India too.

Mr. Prime Minister, For Going Toward Cash Less Society, I Suggest to Start CASH CARD Facilities in this Facilities in every person getting a one CARD with limit of Rs. 10,000 and it is swap in any Place in India. in This Facilities not Required Smart Phone, Internet, Wi-fi, and Bank Account, it is more suitable in Rural and Urban Area. Dear Sir, For going towards cashless society. I hereby request you to kindly waive off all the transaction charges for all cards whether it,s rupay, visa, mastro. Last month Had done around 95% transaction online like payment to school ricshaw, tution teacher, energy bill, gas payments, Milk vendor payments, but every time had found bank charged me NEFT transaction charges. so I hereby request you pls look into it & scrap all the charges for success of cashless society & online transactiion
