The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

सरकार द्वारा गठित की गई सरकारी लैब में किसी चीज की टेस्टिंग करना और मानव जीवन के लिए लाभदायक हो वो चीज बनाना सरकार सभी का अच्छा मौका देती है हमें इसका फायदा लेना चाहिए

Assessment should be done by retired professionals of respected fields.. in that way they will be occupied and satisfied og doing something grt work.And the assessment should be focused on the required skill set...and there should be no third party in between student and assessment agencies.

सर, कौशल विकास अपने आप में बहुत सराहनीय कदम है प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के अंदर कुछ न कुछ कौशल अवश्य होता है, लेकिन ऐसे लोगों को उचित मंच या आथिर्क सहयोग न मिलने के कारण ऐसे लोग अपनी प्रतिभा को दिखा नही पाते, आज आवश्यकता है ऐसे प्रोजेक्ट की जिन पर दक्ष लोग काम करके आतमनिरभर भारत के इस सपने को पूरा कर सकें विशेष कर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में इस पहल को आगे बढाना चाहिए कयूँ कि गांवो में ऐसे प्रतिभाशाली लोग है कौशल विकास केंद्र की स्थापना कुछ ऐसे गांवो में खोले जावे जहाँ लोग अपने सपनोको पूरा कर सकें , में इस काम म

All these assessments, committees , interviews, are really futile and in fact harmful . It is best to include all needed assessments in the educational system itself and make all recruitments selections etc only based on the grades or marks of the candidates in the subjects concerned. Assess only the institutions and give relative weightage to their grades and multiply the candidates grades with the institutions grade to get a nationally normalized grade or mark to finalize the selection.

Assessment 1. theory 2. practical 3. alternative education are important. Next, monitoring, evaluation and feedback helps in transparency. Vocational education should be prioritise in both in school education and in community like minded. Vocational education ensures economic empowerment and restore social benefits. 2. As a result , almost all the rankings and pass percentage of the exam was occupied by the students from big cities and best coaching centres. This should be avoided. students from rural areas also should be given equal opportunities. Even though they have the better knowledgeand patriotism in their respective fields based on the marks awarded they are losing many opportunities., urban student who are not interested in it but only because of joining in those centres are getting opportunities.
