The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Special Assessment Camps should be conducted to evaluate the activities of the Private Assessment Agency. Diploma and Certificate related training should be certified by the Private Assessment Agency of India. The government can use big companies like Mahindra and Maruti as assessment agencies. NCVET should receive feedback every two years. The government can know the quality of educational institutions and certifying institutions only if it receives feedback correctly.

உணவு விற்கும் கடைகளில் பொரித்த எண்ணையிலேயே மீண்டும்மீண்டும் பொரித்த பதார்த்தங்களை விற்பதும் திறந்தகிடந்தவாறே உணவு விற்கப்படுவதும் பாக்கட்டுகளில் வைக்கப்பட பொருட்கள் expiry ஆனபின்னரும் விற்பனையில் உள்ளது. புகார் தந்தால் மறுக்கிறார்கள். புட்டிகளில் டப்பாக்களில் அடைக்கப்பட்ட பொருட்கள் வெளிநாட்டு முறையின் உணவுகள் தடை சைனிஸ் உணவுகள் தடைவேண்டும். சாலை ஓரங் களில் நடத்தப்படும் கடைகளுக்கு பொதுக கழிவறை வசதி வேண்டும். கழிவறை வசதி இல்லாத எந்த அலுவலகமும் தடை வேண்டும்.

ஆவணங்களைஎழுதிக்கொடுக்கும் பணிகளில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ள தனியார் அரசு அலுவலகங்களில் சட்டம்/ ஆங்கில அறிவு இன்றி அதை வெளிக்காட்டிக்காமல் பணம் மட்டுமே குறியாக்க் கொண்டு நிறைய தப்பு தப்பாய் டைப் அடித்துக்கொடுக்கிறார்கள் இதில் நோடரி என்ற பெயரில் வக்கீலின் பொறுப்பு துறப்பும்இருக்கிறது. முறையான பயிற்சிகளை ஒருவரிடம்உள்ள திறமை மற்றும்ஆங்கிலம்புரிதல் மற்றும் சட்டம் புரிதல் உள்ளவர்களையே கணினியில் வேலைக்கு அமர்த்த வேண்டும். என் அனுபவ உண்மை. நிறைய ஊழல்கள் நடக்கின்றன. புதிய சட்டம.்வரவேண்டும்
