The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

நிறைய மாணவர்கள் தங்களது இயற்கையான திறமை என்ன என்பதை உணராமல் பெருமைக்காகவும் பணம் வருமானம் நிறைய வருகிறது என்பதற்காகவும் தங்களது திறமைக்கும் புரிதலுக்கும் சம்மந்தமே இல்லாத தொழில்சார்ந்த படிப்பைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியாமல் திணறுவதை வெளிக்காட்டுவதில்லை. அப்படியே அதை பெரியோர்களுடம் சொன்னாலும் பெரியவர்களும் நண்பர்களும் அதை வரவேற்காமல் ஏளனம் செய்வதும் தன்னம்பிக்க என்ற பேரில் புரிதல் இல்லாத தொழில்படிக்கவும் செய்யவும் தள்ளிவிடுகின்றனர். இவை தடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

IAS IPS should do certain department. All other citizens given job as they are capable to do the better performan

A vocational school is a type of educational institution specifically designed to provide vocational education.Vocational education can take place at the post-secondary, further education, or higher education level and can interact with the apprenticeship system. Vocational training in India historically has been a subject handled by the Ministry of Labour, other central ministries and various state-level organizations.

R/Sir Earlier similar guidelines put up for comments on Awarding agencies. From the details, it is assessed that such courses are for the period of one year or less. However, there are many semi-skilled jobs which are learnt through "On the Job" training and they also need certification. It is necessary to look into this aspect so that labours available will get recognitions as well as people will know their expertise before engaging them. Some points are given in attached doc
