The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

The National Assessment and Evaluation body should formulate such a system , that the fake Institutes , which get stand in a night , have to be out. They must be under strict and live vigil. Such Institutes grows very fast , without any experience and knowledge of that particular sector. They just collect money from students or from Govt and flee off. The agency must regular check the level of their faculty as well as of students. It's better to get No Knowledge , than wrong knowledge.

National reciurement agency Important and very necessary agency for the modern time. It will help to young generation to get livelihood without decriminalisation. Nera to be transparent in each step. Top of the post should only for talent and unreserved. Post in defence, space medical scienetist have less than 10% reservation. To make Indla vishwaguru ,by science and technology. To take india a greater height by skill,knowledge, and timely brain. To keep indians doctors ,MDs,engineers in ind

We should seek the help of international quality determination agencies to inspect and evaluate training institutions. Only then will we know our flaws. Vocational training institutes comprising of sector self-employed, private sector employees, government employees, general public should be inspected and evaluated. It is not right for a team consisting of government employees to do evaluation and guidance. Transparent appointments are needed for a Guidance committee.

A team consisting of government, private, self-employed entrepreneurs, people and volunteers should be advertised and appointed in the press to develop, guide, inspect training institutes and award prizes for skills development training. Assignment thus facilitates the evaluation, guidance, awarding and modernization of skills development training for skills development organizations. It also helps to get ideas and suggestions intellectually.

GST registration க்கு விண்ணப்பம் செய்வது எப்படி என்று கூகூளில் தேடினால. அவர்கள் பணம்கட்டச்சொல்லி அதன்பின்னரே nonrefunded அவர்கள் பேசவருகிறார்கள். அவர்கள் தருவது எல்லாமே. தவறான கருத்துக்கள். மேலும் housewife gst நம்பர் தேவைஇல்லை என்ற விஷய்தை அவர்கள் கூறுவதில்லை. பணம்மட்டும்வாங்குகிறார்கள் இது போன ற. அரசாங்க சேவைகளை. தனியார்ஆக்கிரமித்து தப்பு தப்பாய் செய்திகள தருவதும் nonrefundable திட்டமும் ரத்து செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.நிறைய அரசு அலுவலகங்களில் வாடிக்கைநாளரின் குறைகளைப்புரிந்துகொள்வதில்லை

குத்கைக்கு விடப்பட்டுள்ள விவசாய நிலங்கள் யாவும் அரசாங்கத்துக்கே ணொந்தமாக்கக்ப்பட்டு. அதில்விவசாயம் செய்பவர்களுக்கே அவர்கள் பணி ஓய்வு பெறும்வரை அரசாங்கப்பணியாளராகவும். ஓய்வு பெற்றபின்னர் அவரது மரணம் வரை கணிசமான ஓய்வூதியமும் அவர் மரணத்திற்குப்பின்னர் அவரை நம்பி இலுக்கும் வாழ்க்கைத் துணைக்கும் அந்த ஓய்வூதியம் தரப்பட வேண்டும். விவசாயமே செய்யாதவர்களின் பெயரில் நிலங்களோ அல்லது விவசாயி வேளாளர் போன்ற பட்டங்களோ வழங்கப்படக் கூடாது.செய்நும் தொழிலின் அடிப்படையிலேய்யே அவர்அடையாளப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
