The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Dear Mr.C.Mohan Das, I have undergone the document . Please add or think about : 1- Prior Learning Program (RPL) - is missing 2- Accreditation Governance - KPI / KRA is missing 3- Coverage of J&K - Hope this is applicable for J&K also 4- International collaboration : Please elaborate the same 5- Connection and mission with PM-YUVA Yojana (Pradhan Mantri Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan) is missing 6-Dual System of Training /Vocational training/ Skill - has to review . Thanks

नरेंद्र मोदी किसीको दिमाग चलानेका मौका देंगे तोही हम एजन्सीज के बारैमे बोल पायेंगे. आजकी तारीखमे ऐसी कोई एजेंसी बताओ जो अपने दिमाग लगाके काम कर रही है, सब कठपुतलीं बनी है

#ideas I feel central should allocate same portal to bjp ruled states so that people ideas should not go in wane state departments should focus on implementing than only depending on central #yogi ji is the best cm who meet comman man non of other cms meet common men to understand there thought or vision for nation we can't depend all on one person namo. I have tried reaching govt in many ways to help nations GDP sorry tired and lost hope. thanks and regards

There are many schemes going and working successfully .. I congratulate all the people working for mein aur mere sapno ka Bharat a dream which is coming true because of the efforts of all people and supporting and working for a better India . NCVET is the existing skills regulatory bodies of NSDA and NCVET, will act as an overarching skill regulator.it was operationalized on 14.11.19 through the assumption of additional charge by secretary MSDE and senior Economic Advisor,MSDE as chairperson, NCVET and Executive member respectively, NCVET will regulate the functioning engaged in vocational education and training, both long and short term.the major functioning of NCVET would be recognition and regulation of awarding bodies.
