Service Sector is booming industry . There is growing demand for outsourcing and Outsourcing Co tend to quote in competitive rate and service charge less than which is profit as other expenses like minimum wage, ESIC, EPF, Bonus etc.How outsourcing Co undertake work without exploitation of manpower either paying less or not providing contracted manpower. Further many NGO are doing outsourcing work which is not mandated in their charters of duty and objectives.
