Thank you for taking this important step to make services more accessible for all. Hi my name is Deo kumar and i am basically from Giridih, Jharkhand. For better and practical implementation, I suggest: 1. Simple and uniform designs for ramps, railings, lifts, and toilets so they can be easily applied in both rural and urban areas. 2. Low-cost, practical solutions using local materials so even small service providers can adopt them. 3. Training for staff to understand and support persons with disabilities with respect. 4. Regular feedback and monitoring to ensure facilities work properly. 5. Involving persons with disabilities in planning so real needs are addressed. These steps will make services inclusive and effective without causing problems to others. Thank you for the opportunity to share my views. Deo Kumar

Railways have developed technology wise for the last many years, but ticketing problems is yet to be solved. We are suffering badly in TATKAL SEVA ticket booking. Within less than one minute tatkal tickets are not available. It seems that there is some nexus. People have to buy heavy amount outside agents to book tatkal tickets. Kindly look into the matter to avoid hardship of people. There should be separate ministry of railways for all round development and security .Secret agency should check this nexus so that common people who is registered with IRCTC does not suffer.

Looking into the gravity and seriousness every thing defines the reality that where INDIA was and now where INDIA is if we focus on the subject and on their feedback we can see that the feedbacks are one of the most important parameters in the eyes of the MY GOV and also in the eyes of the Government of INDIA for implementing from better to best for the disabled with some relevant rules. Our ideas is not what INDIA should develop but INDIA should also play a vital role in defencing the percentage of disabled person in INDIA. India has a large population of people with disabilities, with estimates varying from 2.21% (\(26.8\) million) in the 2011 census to 4.52% (\(63.28\) million) in the 2019-21 NFHS-5 survey. Approximately \(69\%\) of persons with disabilities live in rural areas. INDIA should think how to have a control on this and how to decrease the prcentage of disabled person to be an abled person by giving them the facilities in trainnig and exercise, trying to fulfill their

India is progressing rapidly under the Modi government after independence. However, the Indian Railways, which is the largest transportation system in India, is lagging significantly behind. No matter how much cleaning is done, the railway tracks and stations in India force people to cover their noses due to human waste. Please do something to change the situation where human waste is expelled during the journey and adopt a modern method for its disposal/processing. If you look at all the trains, they are overcrowded with people standing shoulder-to-shoulder. For people traveling short distances (less than 200 km), if stool-type seating is implemented in the general compartments, everyone could travel seated
