During train journey the general boggies are not marked with any number etc. When a passenger faces any problem in running train and seeks railway help he/she can't give his boggie number so that RPF etc can't reach to that person to help him/her. This problem happens not only only in express trains but also in other trains where the unreserved boggies are available. These also should be marked with any number like sleeper boggies.

In Govt. level we get SMSes that how to report vigilance etc regarding corruption. But how a layman can tackle the corruption that he/she faces at every step that is important. I think, 1-In each section who is responsible for what kind of service should be displayed at the entry point of that section. 2- the tables in every section must be numbered and visible. 3- Then table no with each occupant clerk/officer should be displayed at the entry point of that section. 4- Then who is the just higher authority of that section should be displayed with tel no and official email id. So that when one is harassed at section level he/she can escalate to higher authority. 5- But the complainant should have sufficient proof of harassment. Hence technology should be used maximum. In every section CCCamera with audio recording facility should be installed and active. 6- Proper use of Technology can restrict corruptions a lot. Citizens should be encouraged to use their phone to record conversation.
