Sir ,I want to draw your attention to word birth certificate and death certificate and unclaimed dead body death certificates, that's are must for the concern matter. As I was Nagar Swasthya Adhikari in Azamgarh I found maximum number of people who were not aware of the above issues. As I retired in 2019 September, my mind move around the same issues, how every child must have birth certificate, as these are very important for admission in college, voting, etc. and population calculations too matters and death certificate is must for deid one, as very few understand the importance of the same issues. it reflects the development of the concern district. So my humble request you to from core of my heart to be considered very imp.by every citizen to have it.So awareness and strong willingness to get the same is must.
