I can see educated persons some are maintaining vehicles, poor, uneducated due awareness probably or no time, they are not maintaining vehicles properly. Probably a campaign by the relevant department to reduce air pollution, increasing electric vehicles may help the people to reduce pollution to sone extent. Like Swachch Bharath, waste to wealth around this area also we can create jobs for campaigning , checking, educating etc.
