7. Recently , though our world cup final is not showed winning, our PM supported Indian cricketers at the losing time. It is really good leadership. A Leader should support good times bad times also. It is really appreciable. 8. All places( nook and corner ) in our country has been illuminated with electric bulb. It is really great achievement. 6. As per my experience with IT, the team used to get appreciations or certificates periodically from head. It is motivating factor. For any industry or traning motivation is jey to fruitful progress. Our PM is doing. We can implement everywhere possible places. Similarly Mygov Saathis any motivations also will be good. Need to validate and take it. Sometime it looks like long gap.

Honourable Prime Minister, I am working as Pediatric Cardiologist. I want to bring to your notice the serious problem of treatment of children with congenital heart defects. About 3 lakh children are born with heart defects in India. This is the commonest cause of neonatal and infant mortality in India There are not enough Centers in India for treatment of congenital heart defects and there is not enough help and compensation by Government. There is a common problem specially in private sector that employees are under pressure and have to work more than 70 hours a week, this is playing and destroying the youth and our future generations. We have been regularly raising these issues with Govt on public platforms like MyGOv, PMO- CPGRMS, Rupublicindia.in. We hope Government thru Ministry of Labour and employment is working on this.
