Namaskar Sir, with regard to Silkyara tunnel collapse, it is eminent that best team of world is at rescue of our brothers strangled in tunnel, with my layman knowledge, i suggest not to drill from top or vertical space as both may further escalate the situation. We should take the benefit of hight of tunnel and consider drilling from bottom from nearby adjecent lower ground on the concept of slope on lower side connected through pipe without damaging basic structure of dome shaped tunnel. Any action or compression on top can further damage the tunnel as the incident happened might be because mountain are not that strong from top. Pls forgive me for my silly idea if found not workable. Prayer for my 41 fellow brother and their familes.Thank you.

Namaste sir. Military Trainings and service to the Nation are compulsory in some foreign countries. Interested and deserved youths may be identified through NCC for Service to Bharat. When the time of Emergency, they can be used to protect the Nation. In Academic Institutions also, teaching and non teaching staff may be trained to work with students during natural calamities. All Government staff are entitled to be work for 24 hours as per rule. All staff below 50 years of age must be involved in Election duties without categorized. Eventhough Collegiate staff,they may be asked to do service in Tribal areas with their Research Scholars for limited period during their service. Vocational Training Centres based on their known traditional technology may be started in Every Tribal area. Special Hospitals in the name of Birsa Munda may be planned as per their diseases in Various seasons like viral,insect and animal bites. Jai hind.

respected sir, though people are not much aware of cleanliness but need dustbins in every lane to make people realise that "ye desh sabka hai, to sabki responsibility hai", jaagrukta ki need ko pura karne ke liye. plus roads aisi ho jahan pani na bhare aur kam accidents ho, jisse corruption thoda kam. ho road makers ka. shall we work at ground level too from where corruption starts. apki mehnat mei thoda sa contribution logo ka bhi hona chahiye to make more better India. please help at ground levels.
