Attaching a file containing our proposal to present a paper at IIM,Ahmedabad ( I graduated form IIMA in 1979 ) . This deals with how Indian industry could adopt models of business excellence to become the " manufacturing hub of the world " . I request the PM to spend a few words on this important topic in his next Mann Ki Baat . My congratulations to the PM for his fantastic work in making Indians proud of belonging to this great country . Jai Hind . Bharat Mata ki Jai.

Take Swach BHARAT to mobile world. Create an open forum where people in different areas can register a request of place is dirty or needs attention. Now with the GPS integrated apps - we can create a heat map of all affected areas and send help and troops. We can propose to have a mobile clean unit for each area (cooperation with state assumed). This will provide more employment opportunities. Also we should try to reward the communities who keep the place clean - incentivizing their efforts.

Swachh Bharat can be much more effective if hi-tech toilets are used. I am sure University students can design them and government can install. There are two aspects to this idea. One is that the toilets are cleaned by machines every time they are used and can be remotely monitored. Remote monitoring gives the government an idea how many are in use and how many need to be fixed. The other aspect is the hi-tech job creation. It could also create a global market that benefits Government.

Sir, with increasing urbanisation there is a distinct increase in noise pollution, mostly due to vehicles, construction activity, loud speakers & generator use. "Horn OK please" is a common phrase in many vehicles, but it really is not ok. Most city dwellers have a mild hearing loss due to increased decibel & duration of exposure to noise. Noise pollution increases blood pressure, risk of heart disease, disturbs sleep and people have to be educated as to the risks of exposure to noise.
