sir we can use our primary school as mini kendriya vidyalaya for village students it can provide good quality of education. every village in panchayat has its own primay schools convert them into kendriya vidyalaya 1 to 5 class other K>V 6 to 10 calssand other kv as 11 to 12 class. it will help and save expensive money of public beecause we have already biulding , salary of teacher can be given state and centre together 50 50 percent.

Reservations should be provided based on family's economical status and talent but not based on caste or minority. Basically reservations are provided to encourage people to get educated and live a better life. If a rich kid is having reservation the main motto to provide reservation goes out. A rich person can put his lad in a good school n can show him a better future. Like for OBC every caste and religion should have a seperation like creamy layer and non creamy layer.

hon sir, it is said that education is the backbone of our country. as u totaly aware of our education no doubt our govt is trying to bring new reform in this field. everywhere we are lack of teachers, in whole india the posts are vacant. rich people can manage but what about the poor, they are totaly depend on govt or granted schools and colleges. and senior college situation is even worst, in maharashta since last two years very few new jobs 4 asst prof. the proposals r pending in GOVT offices
