Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Sir 1)Highly talented people with mechanical skill and other skills but no certificate so issue them certificates through various institutions. 2)New courses in Engineering with market demand . private institutions not ready for this so in the government sector with modern research lab. 3) Science lab throughout the country anyone can use it with adhar card also free consultation with Engineers and scientists. 4) Study the English language and foreign languages. 5)After working at night free online training for new courses. 6) Technology transfers to the public for small scale industries.

As the world changing and India gaining the largest population in the world we have to reshape our economy and our workforce. My Idea about future workforce - 1. Providing vocational knowledge from early age. 2. Improving Health, education, economic condition. should focus on inclusive development rather than individual development. 3. Improving technology like student have access to only educational sites not restricted site. 4. Motivating future generations is key to improve future workforce. 5. Carrier gaidence coarse should be introduced at every level of education. 6. more museum like science museum, work museum, carrier museum, botanical garden etc should be developed at every block level. 7. MSME and entrepreneurship should be promoted more. 8. Should organise large function regarding work and carrier development by panchyat and its member and attracting huge population by inviting prominent singer but focus should be future development. 9 all serviceman should be connected.

आदरणीय सभी को सादर प्रणाम मै भड़स्टाचार के बाड़े मे कहना चाहता हु। उत्तर 24 पारगाना बसीरहाट पशच्मि वंगाल मे कुछ गुस खोड़ सरकारी पुलिस क्रमचारी अपराधीयो के साथ मीले हुय है और कुछ गुस रुपये के लिय वेगुनाह ईन्सानो मनुष्य पर अत्याचार करते है और राष्टीय मानब अधिकार आयोग कोई भी केस पुलिस को दे देती है मगर पुलिस अपराधीयो को कुछ नही करती उल्टा वेगुनाह ईन्सानो पर अत्याचार करती है यहा तक की कुछ गुस रुपये के लिय वेगुनाह ईन्सान के जिन्देगी के साथ खेलती है कुछ गुस खोड़ पत्रकार कुछ रुपये के लिय झुठा खबर बनाते है ऐव्म बेगुनाह ईन्सान के जिन्देगी के साथ खेलते है ऐव्म झुठी अपवाह फैलाते है । क्या हम ऐक अलग दल बना सकते है जै पुरी तरह से राज्य सरकार के पुलिस क्रमचारी के काम काज पर नजर रखेगी और अत्याचार होने पर गलत काम होने पर उसे रोगी उसे पकड़ेगी और दोसी पुलिस क्रमचारी को सजा दिलबायेगी । नया दल बनाने से रोजगार बड़ेगा ऐव्म अत्याचार भड़स्टाचार भी बहुत कम हो जाये गी ।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , सादर नमन , रोजगार के अवसर को बढ़ाने के लिये एक प्रयास किया जा सकता है कि भारत के सभी गाँव मे सफ़ाई मित्र नियुक्त किया जाय और उनको मानदेय मनरेगा के फण्ड से देने की व्यवस्था की जाय ताकि अलग से उसके लिये कोई फण्ड जुटाने का जरूरत न पड़े ।इससे एक झटके में 6 लाख लोगों को जॉब दिया जा सकता है।

1. अनाथ बच्चों को एकत्रित करके उन्हें अच्छी शिक्षा का लाभ दिया जाए। कई ऐसे युवा है जो साफ़ सफ़ाई के कार्य में लगे हुए है यदि उन्हें सहूलियत दी जाए और तकनीकी ज्ञान दिया जाए तो एक बहुत बड़ी मदद दोनों को होगी 2. यूनिफॉर्म सर्विस से retire होने वाले जवान या officer को इन कामों में लगाया जाए और उनके अनुभव का उपयोग किया जाए 3 मुफ़्त में तकनीकी शिक्षा अभियान चलाया जाए जो किसी भी आयु वाले के लिए हो

Don't make complicated plans to make India as a developed country. Just think as a developing country. The important thing to notice as a human or a authority or politician is to ensure people the three meals with good condition, the Clean clothes to avoid the diseases of the not only poor everyone. A house to stay with an clean environment.A technology to make India a developed nation is not far better than make peoples live with a clean environment.

Enabling access to affordable and reliable internet connectivity in rural areas to ensure inclusivity. 2. Conducting regular research and analysis to anticipate future skills demand in emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, robotics, renewable energy, and data analytics. Encouraging collaboration between industry leaders, policymakers, and educational institutions to align skill development initiatives with projected job market needs.
