Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

आदरणीय सभी को सादर प्रणाम मै भड़स्टाचार के बाड़े मे कहना चाहता हु। उत्तर 24 पारगाना बसीरहाट पशच्मि वंगाल मे कुछ गुस खोड़ सरकारी पुलिस क्रमचारी अपराधीयो के साथ मीले हुय है और कुछ गुस रुपये के लिय वेगुनाह ईन्सानो मनुष्य पर अत्याचार करते है और राष्टीय मानब अधिकार आयोग कोई भी केस पुलिस को दे देती है मगर पुलिस अपराधीयो को कुछ नही करती उल्टा वेगुनाह ईन्सानो पर अत्याचार करती है यहा तक की कुछ गुस रुपये के लिय वेगुनाह ईन्सान के जिन्देगी के साथ खेलती है कुछ गुस खोड़ पत्रकार कुछ रुपये के लिय झुठा खबर बनाते है ऐव्म बेगुनाह ईन्सान के जिन्देगी के साथ खेलते है ऐव्म झुठी अपवाह फैलाते है । क्या हम ऐक अलग दल बना सकते है जै पुरी तरह से राज्य सरकार के पुलिस क्रमचारी के काम काज पर नजर रखेगी और अत्याचार होने पर गलत काम होने पर उसे रोगी उसे पकड़ेगी और दोसी पुलिस क्रमचारी को सजा दिलबायेगी । नया दल बनाने से रोजगार बड़ेगा ऐव्म अत्याचार भड़स्टाचार भी बहुत कम हो जाये गी ।

dear sir for preparing the workforce for the future world first thing that needs to be done is ... IMPROVEMENT IN EDUCATION..teacher exam or professor exam...a person who really wants to be a teacher should be one to teach students....most of our university most professors are not taking classes...I myself studied in a state university and I have never seen a teacher in my 3 years 2- course in all the universities must be standardised...so a proper national level education standard can be made..... PhD should not be considered while becoming a professor...25 marks still given for that...PhDs are like potatoes and tomatoes in most universities...give money and take a PhD...waste of state resources 3- The irrelavant course must be removed from colleges... CHANGE EDUCATION AND ITS STANDARD AND YOU CHANGE WORKFORCE

9. Generally in professional courses we have theory and practical knowledge. For example engineering or medical. Still there also more practical needed. We should know the fact , theories , basic knowledge properly. But I have a doubt like in arts college like Bsc, maths, physics etc apart from theory they have to study practical knowledge. Not sure about the curriculam. Or can include extra subject to learn about jobs... Etc. Need to validate and take it. 10. Introducing yoga for betterment, productivity, healthy reasons in the courses may help perform better. In school day we used to have sports, exercise, asanas which is fuel for studies and brisk. Similarly jobs also we can introduce some exercises, yoga, Y Break app exercise etc. It will help to strengthen, and fresh..

Across the Globe right now our own country India is much more advance of future work .Like all transactions which may be going to soon under MASTER COMPUTER CONTROLLE so in order to move forward our Government encourage given in DIGITAL TRANSACTION.In another aspect a great importance given to take decesion about to sustain the our COAL MINES .As our GLOBE already encourage on clean carbon emission free fuel like Nuclear Technology obtain power ,the green fuel that basically on Hydrogen ,even in space as fuke used up Liquid Hydrogen instead of gasolin as fuel.So though it is truth that our Global warning rate already touched to maximum limit 1.5°C per year that happened for the war the explosion of Bomb ,the great change in solar family through it is not admirable truth but make sure it is source that we touch such rate 1.5°c per year.So in near future there is finite possibility of lack of carbon emissions so coal mines is urgent to keep balance on urgency basis make sure .

Indian Education system has to be changed to involve more practical in the classroom. Now a days we are seeing graduates like Btech, B.Sc, some professional degrees are roaming for job. it is just because of no practical approach in classroom studies. so to improve workforce in future we need to improve skill, practical, etc in classroom.

आप सभी को मेरा सादर प्रणाम ।महोदय मेरी सुझाव पर ध्यान देवे । हमारी शिक्षा प्राणली में बहुत कुछ जोड़ने की जरूरत है । क्योंकि हमारे लोग नदी, पर्वत, मिट्टी, पानी, वायु तथा देवो के महत्व को नही समझ पा रहे है जिसका कारण लंबे समय तक मुगलों और अंग्रेजो के गुलाम होने की वजह नही समझ पा रहे है। मेरा सुझाव की विवरण।

PM sir, जेसा कई विडिओ मे देखा गया है कि कर्नाटक चुनाव मे वोटिंग मशीन पर केवल एक व्यक्ति ही बार बार बटन दबा रहा हे। वोटर की उंगली पर निशान लगाकर बिना वोटिंग दिये बाहर निकाला जा रहा है।ये बहुत खतरनाक साजिश है, वोटिंग सिस्टम मे बदलाव की जरुरत है।
