Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Futuristic alloy ,,(self energy generating alloy)best for 7th generation fighter jets&warship,,energy for living in moon&mars etc My idea to ISRO & DRDO to make the wonderful metal alloy In my opinion it will be a self energy generating metal without any external force/fuel....please do more research about it alloys are made with Graphene &mercury atom.,,or just change graphene and use another metal (ask our scientist to do so)..see the image...it can create heavy vibration &vibration creates energy..see the image..its my idea only am not a scientist or researcher..thank you varun

Better utilisation of human resource means better use of all factor of production in which most important factor of production who is going to utilise all other resources are entrepreneur. So encouraging and promoting entrepreneurship in school level is important on any education system. And promoting the study of entrepreneurs means promoting skills, attitude, temperament, behaviour , creativity and innovation in new generation from the school level and for that promote and recognise the teachers of entrepreneurship in school level who are developing the mind set of entrepreneur among the new generation.

सभी विद्यार्थियों (स्कूलों और कॉलेजों के) के लिये पढ़ने की सुविधाओं में सुधार किया जाना चाहिए। विभिन्न कोर्सेज़ की पुस्तकों को मुफ़्त में पढ़ने हेतु वेबसाइट, ऐप्स, आदि आनलाइन मंचों पर उपलब्ध कराने की आवश्यकता हैं। जिससे पढ़ने की अभिलाषा रखने वाले विद्यार्थियों को संपूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम का विस्तार से ज्ञान प्राप्त हो सकेगा। वे भारत के विकास में अपनी भूमिका का निर्वहन अच्छी प्रकार से करने के लिये सक्षम बनेंगे। धन्यवाद 🙏

In the present day situation, the children do not pay respect to their parents. Came across situation when a just MBA passed out girl calls his father “budha”. Argues with father “Telling that you have lived your life. Allow us to live as per our own mergi.” Girls have become arrogant and far away from abiding the decency of the family. Also the boys. To root out this problem, GURUKUL education is a must. Too much pampering to girls by Government…

Most of the parents are retired, when their son gets married. After getting into the retired life if he is slapped by the daughter in law with an evil motive for demanding large sum through false and fabricated complaint by misuse of 498a, his retired life becomes miserable by running to court for absolutely no fault from his side. This is the respect we give to senior citizen, who have worked for the country for so many years.

It is good to look into the welfare of girl child and women. This does not mean that the women are encouraged to misuse the 498a which has a lot of loop holes. The complaint filed in 498a should be verified as a candidate deserving to be filed through powerful and stubborn software which detects the false and fraudulent smell in the complaint petition.

Dear Sir, it is being experienced in all most all the states, there is absolute misuse of 498a by newly wedded brides just to use it as a tool for demanding huge sum from the boy’s parents through false and fabricated complaint. This results in pitiable condition of parents spending most of savings in court cases.
