Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Pollution is a biggest threat for our country. Can we use the technology used in vacuum cleaner to remove dust? If a huge size suction is included in a truck or lorry which will pull the dust from road street / lane, inside the vehicle and as a result the quantity of dust will be minimum in the air which will hamper less in the human body and pollution. Moreover, that dust can be resold in the market for construction of building after removing unnecessary products. If this procedure is implemented in every city of our country, India may be counted as one of the healthiest country in the world.

6. Generally women has responsibilities at home also or house administration women does in most families. Sometime due to lack of manpower or not much support or some reasons women had to quit the job and take care child and family. Those persons or other women can tart flexible work, part time jobs, part time business or online jobs, shifts etc. Creation of possible this kind of flexible jobs will help workforce and employer. Need to validate and take it. 7. Assessment or taking statistics how many unemployment or due to fdmily tough situations not able to work etc. Giving or creating easy jobs, less hours jobs 1hour or 2 hours etc, hourly payment etc can think of. My experience Urban company who cleans houses is private company which is really helping house maintenance etc. Something outsourcing possible activities and managing those can think of. Utility based jobs, go green , maintenance etc.

Sir, with motivation from your thoughts, I am one of the early buyers of EV vehicles. but the charging infrastructure has not improved as anticipated. There may be several reasons for private entrepreneurs for not coming up with setting up due to high costs or whatever. But, in the meantime the petrol stations on all high ways must set up slow chargers as no extra infrastructure is required except that providing an 15 amps socket. many times it so happens that all EV community is getting struck on highways due to lack of charging stations. Request you to instruct all oil companies to make it mandatory to install 15 amps sockets to allow EV cars to recharge. thank you Sir.

EVERYONE WANTS TO LEAD A HAPPY AND LUXURIOUS LIFE WITHOUT PUTTING MORE EFFORTS. THIS SITUATION MUST CHANGE. ALL NEED MONEY.THEY WANT TO EARN WITHOUT DIFFICULTY. POLITICIANS EXPLOIT PUBLIC MONEY SHOULD BE CURTAILED. THERE SHOULD BE NO BRIBE ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE. EDUCATION MUST BE GIVEN TO EACH AND EVERY CHILD INSPITE OF CASTE AND COLOUR. STILL MANY CHILDREN ARE UNEDUCATED. NOBODY SHOULD STARVE FOR FOOD.

BUT SOME OF REAL ESTATES BUSINESS ARE FRAUD PLOTS AND SOME GENUINE WORK, THIS REAL ESTATES BUSINESS ALSO WE NEED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS. SOANY FLYOVERS ARE TENDERING AND CONSTRUCTION GOING ON WHAT ABOUT OXYGEN LIKE 🌳 TREES WE NEED TREES AND FLYOVERS ALSO BUT PLANNING IS BETTER TO HOW PLAN TO FLYOVERS WITHOUT TREES 🌳 REMOOVING GHMC and ENGINEERING NEED TO PLAN. ALL city's more people are heavy traffic and heavy pollution. government main point look in to this point. more people's working in office a d go to home and start AC no walking , sitting work , no meditation at least week once must be all companies do task. it better to all I Dian people's. this is my idea namaskar Jai hind Jai Modi ji Jai babu ji

Future work ideas is main important but some IT Industries using robot work is better 50 % benfit but 50% not good , if robot working in all areas like IT sector and Manufacturing sector in future planning. SEO is better to work like online and zoom meeting and remote work. as well as weekly once every one work as a yoga and meditation and cycling 🚲 and walking and improve humanity also. this generation so many peoples using smart phones and while driving 🚗 also using smart phones it's not God for rider and his family also so at least avoid smart phones and all family members in house using smart phones children's, minor, seniour citizens also I think it's better or not and tv also android tvs came and in my age 10 /- equal to to day generation 100/- what's happening so many Indians worried about it. so we want change more.

PM Sir नमस्कार, मै आपके दीर्घायु व स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता हू।इसके अलावा मेरी एक और कामना है कि आप अपने जीवन के आखिरी पल तक हमारे प्रधानमंत्री के रुप मे हमारा नेतृत्व करे। आपको 2024 के लिए शुभकामनाएं आप से अनुरोध है कि देश में अधिकतम 4 बार लगातार प्रधानमंत्री रहने का रिकॉर्ड नेहरूजी के नाम है, आपको भारत की जनता बहुत प्यार करती है ,भाजपा का 75 साल वाला नियम जनता की विशेष मांग पर आप पर नहीं लगना चाहिए,आप कम से कम 2029 , 2034 में प्रधानमंत्री की शपथ लेकर इस रिकॉर्ड को बदल दें और नया रिकॉर्ड बनाए जिसे कोई नही तोङ पाये।आपको हमारा प्रधानमंत्री देखना हमारे दिलो को खुशी व सूकून देता है।

pm sir , aapki durdarshita ko sadhuvad aapse anurodh h ki bharat ke eastern port ko western port se railway ke dedicated freight corridor and dedicated expressway se aaps me joda jaye taki bharat east world aur west world ke liye ek connecting link ka kaam kare. isse east world se aane wale goods ko bharat ke eastern port par unload kiya jayega aur railway/ road se western port tak laya jayega phir Western port se west world ko bhej diya jayega .same west to east jane wale goods ke liye bhi rahega. isse unnecessary hind mahasagar se hoker ships ko itne long route se nahi aana padega .hum orld ko Singapore port & Dubai port ka bhi option de payenge , hamare income source & employment badega.thank you sir
