Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

G20 AGENDA: The current self-interest of the five UN Security Council members is for the expansion of capitalism or socialism, while climate and ocean governance are global or Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam-centric. Global security is possible when the remaining 188 nations co-create the environment, equity empowerment, and local entrepreneurship. Biophysical variables in fisheries must be balanced against the money and military might of hegemonic coalitions of some nations, especially in marine fisheries. Inland fisheries also need collaborative efforts in “integrating water harvesting tanks with aquaculture.” Universities may be given the authority to engage in capacity co-creation by aspirational and achieving nations in supporting evidence-based policies for attaining "sustainable and inclusive development goals (SIDGs)." Think tanks may also focus on how university formal and non-formal education systems prepare human resources to work for fisheries governance. S.N. Ojha-ICAR-CIFE

Honourable PM Sir, Based on my learning and understanding "Future of work" in India is moving towards New Manufacturing-to-self-reliant products, Automation-to-maximize GDP, Digitalization for Digital Public infrastructure, New Innovate-Product- Employer expecting ready-to-skill employment from younger-Future Work-Force Generation. This alignment sequence requires very quick transfer from young minds to visible product or an action. The input as "fundamental learning" and "Technology-enabled hands-on-training" will work well, however, the gap is: Application of the mindset for INNOVATION? & its Continuity? So, the future workforce can be of two FOLDS: One on "fundamental work Innovation and the Other on: "Simply transferring hands-on- Training to Visible product & Delivery". Its very difficulty to expect all the mind set to work on both, So It is a simplification of my thoughts on the younger generation mindset ,over 30 years of my academic experience. Thank you Sir.

The world Population is around 800 crore i.e. every 5th person on this planet is Indians as per report published and released by UN population fund. Now the question is –is it boon or bane for our future? In fact, it is boon at this time 66% of our population is below 35 age (i.e.-young force) Because of this only we are manufacturing hub -more demand- more employment opportunities and more supply. Same situations prevailed in China 30 years back, it touched sky limit success.-If all other things being equal, India will touch new height in development. Definitely with present policies of central government under the able leadership -our future is very bright, safe and will open the ways for more avenues to make 3rd largest economy very soon.

1. First of all provide loan to eligible youth for startup at low interest. That too without pledging anything. 2. Special attention should be paid to digitization and skill development centers should be run with dedication. 3. Modern machines and new techniques should be brought to India on time. 4. Government rules and new schemes should be implemented properly and smoothly and not just for a day's show. 5. The biggest and most important thing you must know is that India has come at number one in terms of population. That's why the population control laws should be implemented very strictly in time, otherwise it will become more difficult to deal with problems like unemployment, inflation, starvation later.

Train the trainers in new age skills so that they can deliver as per the present need and also focusing on future 5.Should be trained in practical aspects also so that they can handle the assigned tasks smoothly and perfectly 6. Enhancing and building qualities like teamwork, leadership, collaboration, cooperation , communication which are extremely important for India's workforce 7. Digital access to material for updation anytime, anywhere 8. Awareness and Focus on goals , vision and mission of the organisation and giving their best to achieve the same. 9. Last but not the least it is said " A healthy Mind lives in healthy body " so proper care and time to be given for strengthening Heart, Body, Mind and soul Ravi Mishra

1. Safety and security for the people. There should be social welfare in form of women and child rearing. The people should get community kitchen service where masses can eat and the volunteer can cook. This will help build family and also sense of nationalism and other quality of society and respect each and everyone irrespective of the jobs they do. We treat janitor and ceo different. Of course hierarchical system is need but all are part of system so should be valued. Culture should be open, unbiased, focused, goal directed and also additional automated with devotion so that work becomes worship and we can truly implement learning of Bhagwat Geeta where Krishna says Arjun to battle in field as highest form of karma !
