Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Dear Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, I am writing to you to express my idea of establishing an ideation cell in schools and colleges that is related to startups and innovation, with collaboration from Startup India, Ministry of Commerce, and Finance. I believe that such a cell will provide a great platform for researchers like me, who have ideas for new products and have also been granted patents, but lack the resources to convert these ideas into reality. With the help of this ideation cell, we will be able to collaborate with various startups and government bodies to bring our innovative ideas to life. This will not only benefit us as individuals but also contribute to the growth of the country's economy. I hope you will consider my suggestion and take appropriate action to establish such an ideation cell at the earliest. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Dr. Pooja Singh

We should organise the unskilled workforce labour govt should have an App which would be compulsory for every citizen of India through that app a person who has to hire someone for an hours work will have to go through the app and should be acknowledged both sides the person hiring and the labor an hourly wage of rs 150 per hour should be made compulsory by the govt and the person hiring will pay 10% of the wage earned by the labourer towards his provident fund and medical and everything should be monitored by government maximum hours of work in a day should be 12 hours

Modiji has ever been the most outstanding PM of India who is respected by all the world leaders.I think he has not only solved big issues like "tin talak" and "Kashmir" but also sent workers on warfooting to build roads and railway tracks to facilitate the common people even in the remotest corners of India. In Bengal the work culture has gone to the nadir because of some media and terror linked crooked people who are disrupting the most potent workers' prospect of finding a job or a better job or run a successful business in mental peace. For example , a pharmacist is heckled by some crooks if he does not indulge in corrupt medical practices, medical crimes or is simply loyal to his spouse who also works for the suffering humanity. All terrorist organizations must be banned or crushed in a high-handed manner and all marital torture (in-laws' torture) must be stopped with the help of police and lawyers who have to help the women workforce whose performance is curbed by terror in laws.

It is observed that year after year post Summer Season or beginning of monsoon season due to heavy rains and floods Drainage / Sewage Pipelines overflow with struck / accumulation of waste material. Municipal Workers in some cases open the drainage / Sewage lids to facilitate free flow of flood water . This will cause accidents and deaths of many people. To address this repeated instances GOI States & UTs can organise cleaning of Drainage / Sewages on a regular basis before monsoon begins. There is latest technology of Drones identifying & Cleaning the drainages sewages with precision . All Municipalities & Corporations can engage latest Drone technology to minimize drudgery & workload of manual scavengers and traffic jams , accidents, public inconveniences due to flooding.

As I explained this change of British bringing Saturday Sunday culture caused many long term changes in Bharath agriculture, made its richest community , culture and its dignity to poorest, Weakest and his culture being neglected by himself. His cows were once gods temple, believed all god resides in gou mata and bull as Nandi. Now it’s milk giving animal bull are bullshit. As most farmers couldn’t teach culture and nature for their children as their survival condition were too poor when British left. So they sold their cattles for survival. The goumata once measured as wealth of kingdom . Our parents told its our mother as it fed milk to us to grow up. When their children saw parents selling cows for survival they stared doing the same when needed but not it became business. Respect culture values everything died in front of money. But still few farmers like us fallowing the same old golden way of ancient agriculture. These small changes can bring back those 25% gdp dream back.

As I explained in last post agriculturist work culture is totally spoiled. Two days farmers can’t work because his society takes leave on Saturday-Sunday and Monday- Tuesday he can’t work as it’s their worshiping and rest day. Four days of no working culture made farmer less productive, lost his interest in agriculture, diverted himself in other activities caused poor farming, losses crops getting spoiled . Farmers satrted to quit agriculture and moved to cities. Many parents sold their animals just because their children lost interest in agriculture. Their family farm became poor day by day. This also killed permanent working labour culture in agriculture. Only 5-10% fixed or permanent labour systems left with few farmers including me. It’s not easy to maintain that with 4 unproductive days in a week, caused everyone removed permanent labour. All agriculture activity now happens with seasonal labour, they exploit farmers because of more demand in season and fill the 4 days gap.

Continuing the last post …. As a agriculture it’s 4 days unproductive days . Saturday Sunday labourers take leave as their family kids will be home they need to cook eat rest and enjoy. Monday Tuesday we take leave as it’s our worshiping days and we don’t carry out cattle based work and Tuesday we don’t use agriculture equipment. Because Monday means Ekadasi, many people do fasting on those days, cattle washing worshiping, feeding them prasada . Fallowing vegetarian diet to cleanse our digestive system, rest day for all. On Tuesday shakthi aaradahana day . So many people don’t carry out digging ploughing, using of equipment and other things in respect to Mother Earth as a goddess and we should not hurt her on that day . And Devi is herself shakthi and weapons so we don’t use them on that day. Farmers cook non-vegetarian and eat (they can keep and cook non-vegetarian till Sunday)rest and gets his body prepared for hardest week ahead . This was the culture many farmers fallowing.

Agriculture work culture is spoiled by British systematically . We need to fix it soon if agriculture is Back Bone of Bharatha Bhoomi . Their is no science behind taking Saturday and Sunday as leave , it’s only British convinces of their prayers they took leave on those days and self declared rules. Being agriculturist we face many problems, it’s like 4 days holiday(4 unproductive days in a week)for farmer. I ll explain below. > Saturday, second and fourth are holiday by government. Rest two three Saturday most things doesn’t work . > Sunday . Complete shutdown. > Monday, lord shivas worshiping day . Every farmer in respect of that they wash their cattles ( lord Pashupathy) . So we don’t carry out most of the agriculture activity and zero cattle based works. Bharath agriculture is purely gou(cow) based . > Tuesday, Devi Aradhana day , we repair service our agriculture weapons . We believe goddesses are representative of shakthi . We don’t use those for work that day.

My idea is about for the success of business. we can make an app in which only new products would be sold in the market which is launched newly using the method of buy now and pay later and take feedback from the customer. so that we can know easily that our product is capable to fulfill the need of the society or not. It can also help us to increase our productivity amd saves us wastage.
