The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

16. License to be regularised for drone operating area (apart from that radius drone should not be operated, drone fly will be allowed as per the certified limited region only. if goes to fly other area need to get approval from govt thru OTP or Mail) 15. Drone usage need to be declared for what purpose. (like Survey, Agriculture, Industry, Hospitals, Education Institutions, Roadways, PWD, Defence department, Forest department etc).

9. Each drone user need to deposit double time of drone price for security. 10. Every month report will be provided if drone user ask the record details by the Government. 11. Drone will be get certified drone poilet. 12. Drone course will be conducted by the Government for making drone piolets. 13. Survey will be allowed and accept by the govt once the accuracy verified. 14. Night time drone fly restrictions need to made.

1. To be allowed government certified drones. 2. Need to be set the maximum flying height limit. 3. GSM and GPRS based drones. 4. To make Drone registration mandatory. 5. Get the OTP during every fly if any trouble easily stop the drone fly by the Govt. 6. Drone fly monitored and need to be recorded by the govt (with the special sever which is available in india for safety) 7. Yearly once make auditing that drone which is under public hands. 8. Make the strickt Act,Regulation & SOP for drone.

drones rule should be strict and hard near airbases because it compromises our national security. Being an armed force personnel I have observed many threat events which have occured due to these drones. sometime local people or companies fly it for their purpose but many times anti national elements use it for gaining intelligence and gaining illegal information.

Drone is special purpose vehicles after innovation but every coin has two sides one is the positive aspect and the other is negative we should try and cover the negative aspect of the thing and hence I think this question is in there I believe the access to Drone should be Limited only to the authorised and and specific service providers have if required a common man can enjoy the service. but this is not to use for Surveillance purpose to other country without permission.
