The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

Draft is very good. We like to add to make a common form to collect all personal info which again & again needed to fill in different forms.The info in Common form along with specific info needed in different forms can be exclusively filled separately.It mean a applicant has to fill a common form of personal info & a additional form for the specific purpose. This common form will be a master card like a thing & balance forms will be add-on forms to give specific info needed by authority.

Evm hack karke vo Yogiji ko harakar aayenge. Aapko kanokan khabar bhi nahi lagegi. Western powers, IT and Social media ne US me kar dikhaya udharke election me. Hame to shakh hai ki W Bengalki Mamtaki jit ek trial tha! Ab dekho UP me. Yahake neta adnyani IT iliterate hai magar etne honge ye pata nahi tha! Please make a note. could be serious!

ड्राफ्ट ड्रोन नियम, 2021 का उद्देश्य कड़ाई से पालन किया जाना चाहिए और कार्गो डिलीवरी के लिए ड्रोन कॉरिडोर विकसित करना चाहिए, ड्रोन के लिए रंग योजना में कार्गो - हरा, चिकित्सा - लाल आदि जोड़ा जा सकता है। ड्राफ्ट काफी सकारात्मक और प्रगतिशील लगता है, यदि कोई खामियां पाई जाती हैं तो इसे लागू करने के बाद उन्हें कम समय में ठीक किया जा सकता है। नागरिकों और राष्ट्र की सुरक्षा और गोपनीयता सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।

sometime that appears they are not absolutely same here drafts means may be a law, information, ability, technology , method, government ideas , opinion to identify that thing how can be identified secretly a corrupt person to be listed . gov has this type thinking process to ready such type of list and drafts to protect our nation from dangerous person and now the time of drone here drones meaning is about the system run by government, authority work under government , power ability govt
