The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी (हमारे नरेंद्र भाई) मेरे विचार से हमें सबसे पहले ओर जल्दी से जल्दी युद्ध स्तर पर हमारे सभी सामरिक केंद्रों पर फिर चाहे वो हमारी नौ सेना हो वायु सेना हो याफिर थल सेना हो या तो सीमा सुरक्षा बल के स्थान हो क्योंकि हमारे लिए तो सभी महत्वपूर्ण है। जैसे कि बॉर्डर फिल्म का डायलॉग हैं ना " हम ही हम है तो क्या हम है, तुम ही तुम हो तो क्या तुम हो" जिनको हमारे भारत में संशोधित "इंद्रजाल" नाम के एंटी ड्रोन प्रणाली या फिर जो भी उपलब्ध व्यवस्था हो इसे सभी ठिकानों जल्द से जल्दलगवाए।

1- computer education को class first से ही लागू कर देना चाहिए जिससे students को software तथा anti drone जैसी बारीकियों के बारे में जानकारी मिल सकेगी। 2- laboratory work को और ज्यादा promote किया जाये जिससे students practical work से knowledge बढ़ सके।

Dear sir , I wish to given some small suggest for drone using , at present generation so many villagers can't go for taken medicals for long distance so in that situation so many people are getting problem for certain of timing to save their family's n children's so in that type situations our govt can use drones for medicines for villagers side this is my humble obeisances n helpful idea for drone usage.. First Banned any kind of Drones in border areas and army should strictly follow that nothing is flying near our border area We should buy Anti Drone Gun From France 🇫🇷 and Israel 🇮🇱 To Defeat Drone attacks like jammu Banned Drones in the district connected to Line of Control & Radcliffe line And A regular Strike over Terrorists Lanching pads of Pok R.R.Das Odisha, India 🇮🇳
