The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

कुछ हो ना हो मोटर वाहन की तर्जपर नंबरप्लेटबेस पहचान जीसके फोटो कॉपी पर भी पहचान हो सके जीससे आपत्तीजनक स्थीतीमे कानुनी कार्यवाही में उपयोग हो सके क्योंकी ये तंत्रज्ञान बाल्यावस्थामें है जो दुरस्थीत संचलीत है और संंचालकके आदेशोंपर निर्भर होता है, संचालक के हेतु आगे चलकर बदल सकते हैं.

As per my point of view drones are used to stop the unfair means . There should be a proper technique and procedure to use drone for the economical and human perspective . There are many places where most of people use drone for their bad purpose there should be a proper licence or legal formality to be done to use the drone in the society

मेरी समझ और जानकारी के अनुसार प्रस्तावित अधिनियम में निम्नलिखित प्रावधान होने चाहिए। १-प्रत्येक ड्रोन का निबंधन वायुयान की तर्ज हो। २-मोटर वाहन/ वायुयान/ सेलफोन/ मोबाइल की तरह या अद्यतन फीचर वाला चिप्स से लैस होना अनिवार्य किया जाय। ३-देशव्यापी मोबाइल नेटवर्क द्वारा ट्रैक होते रहना अनिवार्य हो। ४- हैम रेडियो की तरह शौकिया व प्राकृतिक आपदा में मदद करने के लिए कार्य करने के निमित्त इच्छुक शिक्षण संस्थानों को लाइसेंस देने में छूट का प्रावधान हो। ५-मानव रहित ड्रोनों का परिचालन पर सीमाओं पर रोक हो।

A suggestion to bring down SPY Drones. WE can direct a high strength jamming signals through high gain antenna with a wave front of 10-15 meters with a range of 2-3 kms . This will cut off the drone control signals and it will become out of control ,this will help our security to shoot it down. hope this idea can be further developed your technical team

for a enhance usage of drone there should be live tracking of drone delivery services like swiggy and Zomato. Live tracking will help the customer to get live update of there delivery if product not delivered properly in that case seller should provide 100% refund. there should be rule that person who is ordering the product should provide picture of all the people who can get the product at the time of delivery this is also very crucial. or customer can provide drone a bar code for security.

1-anti drone software को और inrich किया जाये। 2-anti drone skill training programme चलाये जाय 3-drone course secondary level पर start किये जाये। 4-software study के लिए expert teacher appoint किये जाये। 5- software से students को familiar किया जाये।
