The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

like local treatment, different medicine prescription(Ayush, Unani, yoga, meditation/allopathy) , consumption of food & water etc will be stored in a digital case sheets automatically. the vital signs, since the consumption food or medicine, post consumption exercise etc details will be stored & if possible sent to server for processing. if any adverse effect like heart rate & breathing is more but he is not moving etc will alarm/ distress call to 112. can give research on medicine& save patien

Every technology has its advantages and disadvantages. The only disadvantage I know about drone is that, drones harms the privacy of individuals. The monitoring of people is made much more convenient with use of drones. In addition to monitoring, it is possible with a drone to collect personal information about each person without their knowledge. This is quite dangerous. Proper norms should be made so that people will aware the ill effect of it.

Dear Sirs, Since the Drones can be used against national intrest, it must be under effective surveillance system all over India, specifically in all border states. All Internal security agencies must be empowered to track & destroy before it could harm public or anything on ground. The must be framed & be made effective with immediate effect. Thanks J K Tiwari

ड्रोन समय की जरूरत है, उससे भी ज्यादा जरूरत उसकी निगरानी करने की है। ड्रोन उच्च चरित्र के लोग को, शपथ पत्र के साथ मिले, विडियो रिकॉर्डिंग स्थानीय थाने में जमा करें, NOC के बाद ही, ड्रोन मालिक वीडियो को प्रदर्शित कर सकते है। शपथ पत्र में दुरूपयोग न करने की, सदुपयोग करने से पहले स्थानीय पुलिस की NOC, घातक केमिक्ल, शीशा, ड्रग, पदार्थ केढोने में प्रयोग में न करने की, स्प्ष्ट निर्देश हो।जिले में एयर ट्रैफिक कंट्रोल रूम की स्थापना हो, जहाँ से ग्रीन सिग्नल मिलने के बाद ही आप अपने ड्रोन से काम ले सकते

in drone system 2 avoid unnecessary eg in defence macanism if work on its speed & weight speed in sense eg गोली लगने से मौत तो होती है पर वो मौत गोली कि speed जो होती वो speed के वजह से damage in human body so the deat so if cn control speed of drone & weight inside or may develop technic such as after somewhile drone will work as gun so prevent such techniques it's important to control it's purpose in purpose aspects - strick rules includes heavy fine/penalty company/buyer ...

now nxt purpose if drone r using of attack mode (recent j&k) shouldn't we try to develop drone which will control by air आकाशातील घनता मास वजन वेळ अंतर speed प्रत्येक ठिकान्याच्या climate ratio will manage defence macanism in air itself if possible sem as reserved in light individual or both air & light

हम drone के मदत से बारीश का अनुमान नहीं लगा सकते & even previous told cn use of drone before rain season drone के मदत से seeds फेंक कर पेड़ लगाने का काम नहीं कर सकते even water 2 plants in drought area wetland time slot speed target distance
