The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

1. Create a registration portal for drone 2. Drone operators must register themselves alongwith their drones on portal. Small fees (online payment) should be kept in order to link user's bank or card details. 3. Flight area and time must be updated at least 12 hours before every operation of the registered drone 4. Interstate carrying on drone should be logged on portal 5. Toll free helpline should be created for reporting by public for unauthorised drone

The use of drones can be very useful for human beings. If the current people who use it will have a sense of justice and knowledge of how it will work, moreover, those who will be in charge of this need to have a license and express their true identity. This makes the roads at different ends of the night very bad. Different people are in danger time. It can be used due to road accident time, etc.

आदरणीय महोदय मैं आप लोग के समक्ष है अपना विचार व्यक्त कर रहा हूं- ड्रोन के संचालन में भारत सरकार ने राजपत्र में जो प्रकाशित करवाया है मैं उनका समर्थन करता हूं। जो व्यक्ति ड्रोन संचालन का मांग कर रहा है उनके दस्तावेज का छानबीन कर ही लाइसेंस जारी करना चाहिए। संबंधित व्यक्ति सीमा से बाहर काम करेगा तो उसका जिम्मेदारी वह स्वयं होगा। लाइसेंस के लिए 12वीं कक्षा पास जरूरी होना चाहिए। जिस व्यक्ति को ड्रोन चलाना है उस व्यक्ति को प्रशिक्षित करना भी जरूरी है अन्यथा बहुत बड़ी समस्या उत्पन्न हो जाएगा

dron use has been missed in several times .marriage shooting ,resort, dams, beach etc. I belive givt shouod make below rules - 1.As gun license same way dron to be issues.as it's now used as weapon. 2.its can be operated only once a OTP issues from the concerning police headquarters in a district. 3.the details of videoshoot to be provided 24hr before and copy of the details to be submitted to the police headquarters. 3.use of dron should be not for fun .

Following are some suggestions: 1) Government should only allow particular frequency band for personal use. 2)Every drone should have unique id which when decrypted give all info about the drone like owner ,manufacturers etc. 3)Government should regularize drone manufacturers. Drone should be given status of "arial vehicle " like other vehicles .

भारत सरकार को सभी निजी ड्रोन उड़ाने पर प्रतिबंध लगा देना चाहिए चाहे वह आम हो या खास हो सिर्फ सुरक्षा के लिए अधिक से अधिक ड्रोन का इस्तेमाल किया जाए फोटो और सौख के लिए कभी नहीं क्योंकी कभी कभी लापरवाही बहुत भारी भी पड़ सकती है इसलिए कुछ कुछ चिजो पर सरकार को अंकुश लगाना चाहिए जो राष्ट्र के लिए खतरा बन सकें उसे समय रहते रोक लगा देना चाहिए क्योंकि जब अधिक लोगों के पास होगा तो रोक लगाने में भी परेशानी होगी और सुरक्षा के लिए अधिक से अधिक इस्तेमाल किया जाए चप्पे-चप्पे की निगरानी हो जय हिन्द जय भारत

Simple identification of small objects all over the northern part of India and that too near our border with our neighbouring nation resulted in simplification of the similar rules issued in March 2021. Unless we move farward to meet beeline of the drones entering our land without any permission from our bereaucrats or state /Central Government Controls. Small Nano drones will demage our equipments carry the image of our enemy to plan ahead. The new rules of drones 2021.
