Just as the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was established for government departments, a mandatory e-marketplace should also be created for the private sector. Currently, the private sector constitutes the largest segment of the economy in the country. Irregularities are rampant—ranging from employee recruitment to the procurement of goods. It is the private sector that is currently amassing the largest share of unaccounted assets. The Enforcement Directorate should focus its attention on monitoring the irregularities occurring within private sector entities and recommend the creation of a mandatory e-marketplace platform for their contractual dealings. The Enforcement Directorate must effectively block the avenues through which unaccounted wealth is accumulated. Furthermore, the prevailing mindset of initiating action only upon the receipt of a formal complaint must be abandoned.

My Suggestion for Directorate of Enforcement agency are: first of all ED should conduct awareness programs about financial fraud and scams for people. Second is focus more on fast and fair investigations so that common people can trust the system without any fear or confusion. Many fraud victims do not know where they have to complain or how their case is progressing. A simple online tracking system for complaints and investigations would improve transparency and public confidence. Third is they should introduce “Financial Crime Alert App” where people can receive warnings about trending scams, fake loan apps, fraud investment schemes, and cyber fraud techniques. So that people can stay alert . fourth is make department more people-friendly, ED can create a chatbot and helpline that guides victims step-by-step about where to report frauds and what actions to take immediately. so that people don't lose their money in panic and becoz they are not aware about the correct way.
