Respected sir, Investment is the backbone of economic growth, financial security, and development. The government of Gujarat has always been a pioneer in creating a progressive, stable, and investor-friendly environment. Through various platforms like the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit and initiative portals like MyGov, the government actively provides crucial suggestions and pathways for both large industries and individual citizens to invest wisely. Key Suggestions by the Government on Investment Focus on Future-Ready Sectors: The government strongly suggests that investors look beyond traditional businesses and focus on high-growth, modern sectors. These include Renewable Energy (Solar and Wind power), Semiconductors, Information Technology (IT/ITeS), Biotechnology, and Green Hydrogen. Empowering MSMEs: For small-scale entrepreneurs, the government suggests utilizing the MSME Act, which provides massive relaxations. New small business are impressed with our friends.

Dear Sir My input is to increase the ED function with an effective method to eliminate financial irregularities. 1) Financial work Norms must make and every one/ working department must know good/bad 2) Link with ethical and moral values and financial norms. 3) Financial irregularities types (different dept/area & position) makes standards procedure with the latest technology. 4) Working man who can do financial irregularities - check net worth on a regular basis. 5) A financial irregular working team must be aware of how to find out - Feedback, Data, 6) Cross verification must do before any action. 6) After that finding irregularities that collect all stage data with evidence. 7) Take action as per define procedure 8) Also update the regular base to make good will in public mindset - actions are the right direction.

Amit Shah ji, We had been pointing out to yourself and Modi ji,the urgent need of having an Independent I&B Minister for our country inorder to control these errant and ruthless TV Channels and other social media narratives. Today one TV channel showed live the major Military Operation with live details of how a helicopter and other movements of Army in trapping the terrorists at Rajouri Sector. Without doubt with Satelite and other communications available, the terrorists would get warning and they could safeguard themselves. But the lives of our Soldiers are put in great danger and the whole action could turn flop resulting in massive casualties.Same behaviour by our irresponsible TV Channels during Kargil and during Mumbai attack in 2008 had resulted in the death of our valuable Camandos. This should not go on in future and so an I&B Minister should be immediately appointed. We feel that Smriti Irani or anybody else should be chosen and placed at the earliest. Thanks.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is primarily responsible for investigating financial irregularities. It has been observed that the department often initiates action following media reports or public complaints regarding such discrepancies. Is there any instance where the ED independently identified and resolved illegal transactions? In India, many issues stem from corruption. There is a critical need to enforce ethical standards across all departments. Just as we strive to earn our livelihood, we should exhibit loyalty to our organizations. Furthermore, there must be zero tolerance for corruption Recent incidents, like the NEET paper leak, manipulation of the PM report in the Twiha dowry case, adulteration and even the horrific organ trade, all driven by financial incentives, have deeply disturbed the nation.ED, possessing comprehensive records of individuals in India, should proactively detect the circulation of illicit funds and ensure that exemplary punishment 2 them.
