The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), with other departments of the
Government of India (GoI), is working on building an enabling ecosystem to leverage digital platforms for transformative social, economic and governance impact, through a citizen-centric approach.

The next step towards improving the lives of Indian citizens in a transformative way, is to build robust ‘National Open Digital Ecosystems’ (NODE), i.e. open and secure digital delivery platforms, anchored by transparent governance mechanisms, which enable a community of partners to unlock innovative solutions, to transform societal outcomes.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has come out with a whitepaper which highlights key elements of NODE and describes the paradigm shift from earlier approaches to digital governance or ‘GovTech’. It establishes design principles that can help realize the full potential of open digital ecosystems to create transformative impact across sectors. The final chapter of the whitepaper lists a set of key questions on which public consultation is sought.

The purpose of this whitepaper is to solicit public comments towards a comprehensive national strategy on NODE. We would like to adopt a participatory process to prepare this strategy and seek perspectives from a broad spectrum of stakeholders including government officials in the Centre and the States, policy researchers, entrepreneurs, technology developers, and civil society, more broadly.

To facilitate the analysis of the comments / feedback, you are requested to please mention page numbers in your feedback. [For example, #Page 26 – Suggestion] This will help us compile and analyse the feedback in a structured manner.

In case you have more than one suggestion to offer, you may find it convenient to type out your comments (with page nos.) in a separate document and upload the same.

Just an idea of making unregistered workers like drivers, cooks, cleaning workers registered to the system and know how can goverment and how can society can help them. As in PM's address to nation he told us that whatever happend in the past or whatever going to happen to the world in future we can always rely on our local workers. In these modern times everyone has got a phone at least those got to whom this idea going to concern, so just like arogya setu app this app would be necessary

logo ko dikkat aati he sarkari kam aabhi mi kagajato par office me janekw bad hi hota he mera ye kahena he ki aap sabhi sarkari kam kaj ke liye alag alag web site banaye taki logoko office ke chakkar na lagane pade or corona se bhi bache rahe kam bhi rukhega nahi

Sir, All the system need to be interconnected with a unique id. Be it asset including property, Job, education, medical, ration card, voterid, pension scheme, bank account, mobile, caste certificate, birth certificate, death certificate, travel including bus, train etc. One single login id for all application & request. This will help in identifying people & will not only reduce corruption but also crime. Regards, Preeti

The Digital India initiative seeks to lay emphasis on e governance and transform india into a digitally empowered society. It is to ensure that government services are available to citizens electronically. Assistance given by the public to the general public is easily accessible. SIR, More CSC Links goes to NOT SECURE SITE. (COMMON SERVICE CENTRE) under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology . Besides in KERALA More IMPORTANT Digital Services to CITIZENS doing through AKHSAYA KENDRA. CSC is not pemission. Now we are trying to PM KISAN SAMMAN NIDHI through CSC PORTAL. But there is an error message ie Drag/Kharsa No. What can we do sir. Please do the earliest Sir,

Indeed, today we are facing pandemic covid 19 situation. May be, in future we might have to face many such type of issues. The country has to implement digital currency only through out the nation, which brings the transparency in transactions and stops the spread of microorganisms also.

Dear sir, It's a very good idea of bringing NODE , for better governance in each nd every department to help citizens. But, security should be at its utmost, because now a day's in digital world, fishing crimes r increasing. Even those who r all incharge of this wing should work in the way as it should be very friendly user type. education is also utmost important to citizens about it's usage nd problems free

hii I'm mbbs first'year student.The Doctors,nurses,all health workers, the police staff's and ofcourse the sweepers r those who r playing main Role in this corona crisis. Here we are cutting few percent of their payment. I don't know why it's happening.I think other gov servant not servicing now in this crisis.No need to give them full payment.U should cut their payment and increase payment of our real hero's in this pandemic situation. To motivate and appreciate their work.It will help alot .
