The Municipal Corporation Tirupati is pleased to inform you that our city has been selected under Round 2 for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). ...

The Municipal Corporation Tirupati is pleased to inform you that our city has been selected under Round 2 for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). Round 2 of smart cities challenge is been provided to 54 cities to upgrade their proposals whose city is not covered in the list of 20. Tirupati is one of them! In this phase, our city has to compete with 54 other cities, enhance our proposal and become eligible for funding in 2016-17.

The city needs to refine its vision, strategic focus, mission and a proposal based upon Gap assessment and suggestions received from panel of expert and MoUD. We urge you to share your ideas and be an integral part of the journey towards making Tirupati a smart city! Read the Draft Smart City Proposal

Sir,1) Politician should not buy the Vote in this place 2) Voter should not sold his vote in this place 3) Hygienic drinking water,Education,Hospitality and safety should be available 24 hours and 365 days without break. 4) liquor and smoking should be prohibited in this place. 5) Good Drainage system and toilet (Sulbha complex) for every street. 6) Clean and green,wide roads ,Metro,Best price and wall-mart shopping complex should be available. 7)This place have Devotional and humanity

Lot has to be done to improve quality of service provided to the Pilgrims. Especially the public dormitories at Tirumala are in the same condition from past 10 years, without any improvement. Considering that nearly 1 lakh pilgrims visit the Tirumala daily, please focus on the basic services to pilgrims. Thus realise the potential of Tirupathi/Tirumala to be the Best Pilgrimage centre of the World.

Capacity Development 1.Select, train & sensitise entire city administration & staff on the valuable & past historic heritage & religious sentiment of crores of visitors from all over the world. Program Development Set up a city studio to present the city in its past glory through periodic events inline with Mysore Dasara. Project development Recognise the sanctity of the whole city and hand over the heritage zones to TTD for proper upkeep. Ban modern structures & meat carts in old city.

vision:-Make Tirupati Green and Clean city and TTD a Heaven strategic focus:-Our focus should be given to make all the transport service better towards TTD and Clean city as I said before(its the most important way to make tourists impressed) as they are important to us mission:-If we say there can arise a minimum of 10 issues which is not possible so let's focus towards imp.ones 1)Installed all measures to make city clean 2)Proper transport towards TTD 3)Care for tourist I Love My INDIA

Tirupati Can be made smart way by including some of these:- a) Lay a cable car facilty from Tirupathi to Tirumala so pollution from Diesel vehicles is minimized. b) Make Tirupathi plastic free and improve sanitation c) Make all the Hotels and restaurants smart and conduct proffesional manner d) Provide grevance cells, commuincation facilties, connectivity at the tip for the tourist/ devtoee. The Khumbh mela at Ujjain was organised in smart way, so Tirupathi TTD can replicate the same.

Let us spread the devotion from Tirumala to Tirupathi,Let us improve the public transportation (Should run on bio-fuel only) and introduce metro to controls traffic.use the recycled water for gardening in Tirupathi,plant Jatropha curcas trees(produce a high-quality biodiesel fuel) on both sides of the road so that we can use the Bio-fuel produced from Jatropha curcas trees for public transportation buses and make the environment more environment friendly.

We use to go tirumala yearly 5 times,but the roads from tirupathi to tirumala Hill's are very congestioned need see alternative road map to reach foot hills,tirupathi need good water storage tank are like dam,it's fast deloping city now it's the right time do..after few do have place to plan
