My simple idea to make The Renewable Energy (especially Solar) a vehicle where a young & willing entrepreneur is leased infrastructure to set up and connect Solar Panels. He accounts and bills for himself & facility. Example shared in my attachment as pictures speak thousand words.

It's commendable that government has achieved power surplus status, going by the bulk power availability reports. The other end of spectrum is individual consumers for whom power availability is patchy due to quality of DISCOM infrastructure and aptitude/attitude of it's workforce. The Renewable Energy (especially Solar) can become vehicle where a young & willing entrepreneur is leased free the DISCOM infrastructure to set up and connect Solar Panels. He accounts and bills for himself & DISCOM.

Renewable energy is already booming in India many reforms are done by the goverment to increase it. Solar and Wind energy is already utilized in a greater extent it need some technical development. The goverment must create cattle farms and the waste from each houseld must be seperated into organic and inorganic waste and the organic waste must be fed to animals which gives various products and the dungs are used to provide biogas which can as a gas to run thermsl powerplants to generate gas.

Sir, I feel that it is important to motivate the people to use and develop new ideas for generation of renewable energy. Apart from that LED lamps and energy efficient devices should be subsidised to encourage people for their use. In the villages, incentives should be declared for those who install biomass and bio-gas plants. Many people staying in rural areas are not aware of the renewable energy and use of waste material.
