The maintenance cost for Solar panels is quite high, which could degenerate the promotion of such technology. But, providing apt subsidy might encourage people and the long term advantages will be seen in coming year. Dear Mr. Narendra Modi, as a citizen of India, i believe the hidden potential is within people and the best way to explore that potential is to encourage and support them enacting and implementing such technologies.

Alteranaive energy must required otherwise day will come we may not get any energy for our servibal.Solar energy is one of cheapest source and able to fulfill our nreds. But due to cost factor it is not reachable to all.Our govt. granting subsidy to instal solar power for house hold but there are some draw backs. There is no uniform subsidy for all states. When our aim to set up solar power to save hydro electic cost the subsidy should equal in all states. So that more person will instal solarpower

To start with, the best resource a country can have is its citizens. Involve citizens in helping provide inputs to electricity grid, then consuming from it. A policy should be enacted efficiently in order to promote use of Solar energy where most of the energy can be generated and utilized. Rooftop installation of Solar panels is effective way of doing it on every office/big-residential complex. This way, the energy consuming resources will become energy providing resources.

India has a huge potential to capitalize renewable energy which can be categorized as Solar Energy, Wind Energy. India is divided by tropic of cancer, which gives huge advantage and all seasons along the Longitude. Homes/building/high-rise projects must harness this energy in order to reduce burden on coal and also on environment and reduce our carbon footprints. Recently, in Germany, the energy output was around 150% due to which government have to pay its citizen to consume it.

we can start a campaign to promote solar energy as well as bio-diesel machines and also rain water harvesting should be made compulsory for all the building which are going to be constructed. in the initial years government can provide solar energy equipments at subsidised rates for encouragement of solar energy use.

#RenewableEnergy We should utilize the small stream of water that flows in hilly areas by installing small turbine coupled with alternators. This task can be accomplished by handling it over to universities/colleges in the state as minor/major project of students. The energy produced would be ample to light at least 1 or 2 house and if cascaded then it may light up a small village.

#EnergyConservation Apart from the global Earth Hour, we should also celebrate "Uurja Diwas" at national level under which for half an hour of every last working day (or whatever suitable) of the month people should be asked to switch off the unnecessary lights. Irrespective of what % of people follows, it should be implemented.

Govt. should find ways to reduce cost of solar panels. In international market these are available for Rs. 25-30/WP but in our country price is above Rs 50/WP. Moreover Govt. should have control on price of scrap Lead Acid Batteries. Currently an old 150 AH cell hardly fetches Rs. 2000 against new price of 14000.

#EnergySync,#Renewable-Energy State wise all well established Power Distribution Company In India (ESCOMS) should take initiative to generate Renewable Energy and should manage to reach all consumers effectively. Or people should think how to implement at own by taking help from central govt. Keshava Chandra Kombraje From Mangaluru.

Indian railways could bring in a lot synergy in increasing renewable energy by having the roof of railway station readied for solar panels. similary insustial eastates/factories with large roof tops can be utilized to generate solar enery by installing panels on roof tops. For all this there should be a policy on buying electricity generated or allow these companies to utilize free electricity from central grid equivalent to the units generated and fed to government grid.
