Dear sir, If a person is not wearing helmet while driving a bike the traffic police are fining from 100 to 500 rupees and sometimes they do not give receipts.I want to suggest that increase the fine amount to Rs1000 or more but provide helmets for the fine. The officer who fine the amount will give a receipt and a person will get a helmet from a specific office against that receipt. In this way the person who was fined will wear helmet from next time and govt also get the revenue as before.

medical care should be universal and free. hard earned money is spent on private treatment facilities and government hospitals though has better doctors and infrastructure are not patient friendly for the majority. They should be made usable for the vast majority of the middle class who spend on private care for the lack of toilet and water.

My regards and congratulations to you for making India proud and productive. Schools are the biggest nation building investment, but people patronage for government run schools is very minimal. People think and to an extent, it is true that with payment of fee comes an accountability for ensuring a better education for the children. Children are sent far away to schools considered better and best, wasting resources of the parents and the nation, even the school bus adds to pollution.
