I have develop a comprehensible model called-"Smart Cities Wheel", which is a 12KPI based "wheel" that will monitor and analyzed if a city is performing "smartly" or not. It will lay the foundation of "smart cities" and also will see it's sustainability. Needs govt nod and also their approach towards it. You can read it here -https://medium.com/@mohakbhambry/smart-cities-wheel-a-wheel-that-will-revolutionize-the-urban-india-3ad0c21f7bd1#.184275oht

People should take in account themselves on how to make their City smart. They should not through garbage etc. on roads, in front of neighbors houses, in the parks. Nagar Nigam can provide us with the amenities but it is the sole responsibility of citizens of Allahabad to co-operate with the authorities and not just blaming the corporation.
