Greetings. I have never understood the purpose of the scheme. If providing jobs for doing unskilled labour work is going to do some good then there is something wrong in our thoughts. How you create skills when such incentives are there for doing unskilled work. The purpose of any scheme should be for creating job opportunities and not for providing guarantees. Guarantees always stifle growth. My view is that this scheme should be totally scrapped or should be changed to skill development.

Greetings! Sir, this scheme has definitely done a lot in the collective empowerment of women!Sir, kindly converge the scheme with all the other schemes so that the women of the villages are buzzing with activity in their own gp and are making their earning in a dignified manner. Sir,also kindly increase the wages as they earn only as per their output which does not reach the limit as said in the guidelines. In areas where there is demand for work pls increase the number of days from 100 to 150.

govt should start markets at each panchayat for group of farmers .where farmers could sell their products .cities also provide space free of cost to them. avoid middle men it will reduce the price ...start super markets and mega malls to sell their products .if v do so no need to give subsidy to the people .utilise the subsidy money to start.. .vegetable fruit super market....try it....help them from suicide.

Cashew nut factories provides lively hood for several villages across kerala. All these are small scale business. So the govt. must reduce the import duty substantially to promote the industry for rural employment. Now the industries are facing challenges and several firms shut down .
