First of all, you have not shared the exact link of the Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 of MGNERGA. The domain is an absurd attempt to communicate the right things. Will you update it? I do believe that some people are reading all these contentson behalfof MyGov portal, and they also get sense of citizen comments.#MyGov

Separate provider, consumer, payer, authentication and regulatory ownership. Consumer should be nodal departments tasked to create shelf of outcome linked projects. They should define monitor able standards for outcome. Rotation point authentication by new provider should be built in. Panchayat should work as provider co- or donator or human resources contractor for executing shelf of project created by nodal dept. bro and ado should be first level and second level certified and bank payer.

few more suggestions 5.each and every part of India is famous for specialized sweets and other food products. With the help of Farmers and also use the NREGA resources to produce more of these food products. setup ecommerce website to promote these food products all over India and other countries.Thru postal department, deliver the food products.Reason for this,in cities we rely only on few sweet shops where we get max 50 varieties. But the whole of India has thousands of varieties.Creates jobs.

few more suggestions 3. Skill develop NREGA resources to help craftsman in the villages including handlooms. Provide support to the craftsman by giving a interest free loan to craftsman. Promote arts, crafts which are almost dying, give interest free loans, create a single ecommerce website to sell the products. 4. use the NREGA resources to maintain tourists places, pilgrimmage places to maintain clean environment, help the tourists by providing more information on the tourist place.

Sir, My suggestions 1. I hear from Farmers that getting labour is very very difficult. Due to this issue, many left farming. Use the MGNREGA resources for farming related activities to help the farmers. Farmers can request for x number of people for y days. Govt thru NREGA provide the required resources to help farmers.Govt pays its part and the rest Farmer pays.Win-Win for all 2. Use NREGA resource to construct ponds all over the farming places. Increases ground water level, flooding reduces

Honorable Sir, I would like to add my views regarding promoting culture of cultivation in rural India: 1)Farmers need income to fulfill his basic requirements. A programme by which our govt will invest the income from tax and other resources for cultivation on farming lands and will take all the benefits of that to fund and giving a regular salary to the farmers. We can produce more with advance technology and our population will revert back to rural India as they'll get what they need.

There are a lot be done for the rural areas, firstly I will talk about education system which is really worst for our children's future. As we are talking about digital India. But if we look at condition of government schools, specially in the rural areas. Children don't know meaning of computer. Even though many schools have single teacher. He has to fill all records of the mid day meal as well. So my first concern is education system.
