Digital Locker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Indian Government’s flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Digital Locker ties into Digital India’s vision areas of providing citizens a shareable private space on a public cloud and making all documents / certificates available on this cloud.  Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, Digital Locker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents.
 
The Digital Locker system has been envisaged as an ecosystem where multiple service providers will provide Digital Locker services such as Locker portals and Repository services for storing of e-Documents. To ensure seamless integration with various Digital Locker service providers as well as other stakeholders, an overarching architecture in the shape of Digital Locker Technology Framework Specifications has been evolved. This framework describes in details Open standards based API specifications to standardize open communication between Digital Locker service providers.

Government of India is seeking comments on the multi-player architecture and framework portrayed in the below documents (click to read):
1.Consent-Tech-Framework
2.Digital Locker Technology Framework
3.Draft commercial Models for Digital Locker

#mygov #digitalindia #digilocker Good initiative we can start with issue of SSC INTER DEGREE PG certificates by universities in Electronic digital mode, can be combined into NSDL CDSL Share certificate system model in Centrally located servers (but with nominal one time fee of Rs.50 only) Later digitized certificates can be downloaded as per Serial number by Entrance exam Authorirites like NEET JEE IIT RRB UPSC etc with consent of Applicants.It reduces checking work by Examining authorities

PM wants Digital india, But Government employees is not working properly to make Digital India. Its proved with me when i disconnect My Broadband & Landiline Connection after facing bad Service of BSNL. If BSNL can't Give proper Internet Service to their customers then how PM can Make Digital India. SO Modi ji just check th officers otherwise India can not digitally in more then 50 years. If Public can't received good internet service from BSNL Department then how can it possibleto make digital

Students are facing lot of pain and hopelessness due to their form REJECTION just because of thumb print,while all other exam board has accepted the same thumb print,.....sir/madam with due respect as our respected P.M. modi ji stated that "exam conducting body should not emphasizing more on attestation,identification etc during application process as that can be cross checked surely and specifically during final counselling/joining"..... and institute like aiims rejecting m.d/m.s.applications

In respect to UGC Guideline and regulations for institution, I want to suggest that, all the university must have research center for students, the students can be registered for the research of various things of their subject including social research, further, education of our indian culture is very important, all people should have knowledge of self, spirituality, religion, yoga, meditation, etc. should be encouraged,further, spirit of nationalism must have in all students, best wishes

ರಸ್ತೆಯ ತಿರುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವ ಅಪಘಾತವನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು , ರಸ್ತೆಯ ತಿರುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಚಲಿಸುವಾಗ ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲ .ಇದರಿಂದ ಅಪಘಾತಗಳು ಅಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ತಿರುವಿನ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾದ ಎರಡು ಕನ್ನಡಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಕಾಣುತ್ತವೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ವಾಹನದ ವೇಗದ ಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಚಲಿಸಬಹುದು.

Simultaneous Elections QA The basis is that every rule of simultaneous elections should be etched in a way that should strength the democratic process not the other way. Unified, Combined or Onetime could be fine in place of scattered/spread out. Simultaneous_Elections_QA_28092016.pdf
