Swami Vivekananda's Birthday on January 12 is always celebrated as National Youth Day. It is celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda, maker of the modern India. It was first declared by the Government of India in the year 1984 to celebrate the birthday of Swami Vivekananda as the National Youth Day. Since then (1985), it is started celebrating as the National Youth Day all over the country.

To undertake activities by the youth on National Youth Day, it has been decided to invite suggestions from youth to indicate the activities which can be undertaken on that day.

Last date to submit your suggestions is 15th November, 2016

rashtriya yuva divas par shayad shiksha se jyada important koi topic nahi ho sakta. jesi hamari shiksha padhati hai hume use jaldi se jaldi audharna hi hoga.kyunki shikskhit yuva desh par bojh na bankar desh ka sahara bante hai or jo humare yuvon ka bhavishya hoga vahi hamare desh ka bhi bhavishya hoga.

स्वामी विवेकानंद हिन्दू धर्म में निहित वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम की अभिधारणा के अंतर्गत सांस्कृतिक ,प्राकृतिक ,एवं मानवतावादी दृष्टिकोण के विश्वव्यापी अभियान को अपने जीवन का हिस्सा बनाया था,आज उनके आदर्शों को देश में युवाओं के जीवन का हिस्सा बनाने का सर्वाधिक अनुकूल राजनैतिक एवं सांस्कृतिक वातावरण है कॉमन सिविल कोड से पहले कॉमन एजुकेशन कोड लाने की आवश्यकता है इस दिशा में सरकार को पहल करने की आवश्यकता है एवं इस दिशा में देश के सभी स्कूलों में कक्षा 9,10,11,12के छात्रों लिए NCC अनिवार्य कर देनी चाहिए

मेरे दृष्टिकोन से जिस दिन देश के युवा लोगो कि कल्पना शक्ती कि और कौशलता का पूर्ण तरह से उपयोग करके और हर एक युवा को कौशल्य और शिक्षा के हिसाब से रोजगार मिलेगा ऊस दिन हमारे युवा और देश दोनो हि सफलता कि उंचाईपार होंगे,और वही युवाओके प्रति और स्वामीजी के प्रति असली युवा दिन होगा,धन्यवाद.

our country is facing water scarcity. Our rivers are drying out and we are spending lot of money in building dams. If we improve our lakes and ground water recharging we do not need dams. As a theme for 2017 you can ask youths from across the country to develop and maintain the lakes in their region. Come up with scientific ideas on rain water harvesting and water conservation, and present papers on the same. You can award the youths of region by best maintained lake, best paper

Dear PM Ji, They can take many year long activity to fulfill the missions of nation. Interest in this activities may be added with his school/college character certificate. - 1)Youth can take a mission on this day to protect the environment . He will be involve whole year in this project . How many trees he grows. How many tress he has protected. 2)Youth can take mission to 100% literacy mission. In this he may teach any illiterate person and make him literate.

Dear Prime Minister Sir, following are my suggestions: 1.Since you mentioned 'antyoday'kindly increase General Coaches from 2 to 4 for journey greater than 500KM 2.Youth requires employment in formal rather than informal sectors, so focus more on job creations rather than Mudra Yojna 3.Road deaths are alarmingly high,heavier fines & strict vigilance on major roadways to reduce it 4.Draughts & water crisis this year in Latur distressing.Water conservation on war footing is required
