Our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, envisages a Digital India to bridge the digital divide in our country and further promote digital literacy in order to make development a comprehensive mass movement and put governance within everyone’s reach in India.

In order to work towards our PM’s vision, Ministry of HRD, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) propose the Smart India Hackathon 2017, a unique initiative to identify new and disruptive digital technology innovations for solving the challenges faced by our country. This initiative aim to institutionalize a model for harnessing the creativity and technical expertise of 3.0 + million students for direct benefit of our nation. Mr. Prakash Javadekar, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of HRD is the Chief Patron of this unique initiative, while Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE & Dr. Anand Deshpande, Chairman, Founder & MD, Persistent Systems are the Chairman and Co-chairman of the organizing committee of this initiative respectively. NIC, MyGov, NASSCOM, UGC and Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini are co-organizers in this initiative. Besides this, several union ministries have agreed to be partners in this initiative.

Smart India Hackathon 2017 will be a computer programming competition which will involve all Engineering colleges with a reach to approximately 30 Lakh students from across India. We plan to challenge the students to think out-of-the-box and offer innovative ideas to build smart applications which will help address major real time problems in our country.

This Open Forum has been started so that participants can share their queries, issues and clarifications about the problem statements with Nodal Officers of respective Ministries and Departments.

Sir INDIAN HISTORY IS A BIG AND DEEP ONE , EACH AND EVERY STATE, CITY HAS GOT ITS OWN STYLE IF CULTURE,NATURE ETC.WHY NOT CENTRAL GOVT CALL ALL 24 CRAFTS IN ENTERTAINMENT AND GIVE THEM JOB. FOR EXAMPLE LIKE GO YOU SHOOT HISTORY ABOUT KAASI AND TELECAST IN OUR DD CHANNEL'S LIKE DISCOVERY CHANNEL DUB AND DO IN ALL LANGUAGES.SO PEOPLE WITHOUT WORK IN THESE 24 CRAFTS GET TENSED AND DIE (SUICIDE) WE CAN STOP BY GIVING THEM WORK .THERE ARE SO MANY TALENTED ARTIST,WRITERS,DIRECTORS,CAMERAMAN ETC SO TRY

Every mobile ,internet,telephone and wireless connection that are existing and new ,whether for a individual or organization or institutions should be linked to biometric and to the unique identity or aadhar card and any connection that does not comply to this should be deactivated this reduces the illegal use age of communication systems and terror activities.this should be made mandatory for every service provider.

Appoint 'Lok Mitra' through a nominated agency at central / state level on commission basis as indirect employment for solving initially, traffic jam / traffic problems under traffic police with their own digital tools like Mobile phones with apps and 2-wheeler with advance helmet (camera fitted) with the right of fine / penalties imposing on rules breaker under traffic law in all areas i.e. Urban, Semi urban, Rural etc (Commission from collected fines) Huge 5 M can employed, will earn revenue

Respected PM my request for you to make some innovative movements in indian cinema industry too. Cinema is the biggest entertainment medium for Indians not only that it is one off biggest tax generating area for government. But Highest percentage of cinema theatres doesn't have ticketing machines it help them to hide tax and real collection report. More than 40% of income loss happening due to piracy. So we have confident that you can and you will take brave steps against these.Thank you sir.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, विश्व के सबसे युवा देश भारत मे युवाओ का एक बड़ा हिस्सा ऐसा है जो दूसरे शहरो मे दूर अध्ययन करता है, नौकरी करता है । ऐसे मे परीक्षा आदि के समय यह वर्ग मतदान नही कर पाता। अतः निवेदन है कि इस वर्ग के लिए ई -मतदान प्रणाली विकसित की जाए जो आधार कार्ड, मोबाइल नंबर, ई मेल खाते आदि  जानकारियो पर आधारित हो तथा जिससे हर युवा देशनिर्माण कार्य मे योगदान दे सके।

सम्मानीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आपके द्वारा बहोत अच्छी पहल की गयी की आपने आम जनता के सुझाव आमंत्रित किये इसलिए आपका ह्रदय से धन्यवाद | प्रधानमंत्री जी ,एक छोटा सा सुझाव है की एक नियम सरकार द्वारा ऐसा बनाया जाए जिससे अचल संपत्ति आधार कार्ड से लिंक की जाए ,चाहे वो कभी भी खरीदी गयी हो या वसीयत /दान द्वारा मिली हो | और जो संपत्ति आधार से लिंक से नहीं हुई वो सरकारी संपत्ति घोषित की जाए | अतः उपरोक्त सुझाव विचार करने योग्य हो तोह इस पर विचार करने की कृपा करे |
