On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

A code of conduct need to be passed on all ministers , political leaders ,who want to contest election , mlas ,mps , corporators , designated leaders on administration post or otherwise , not to speak ill or sarcasm or criticise ,or past records of other parties leaders ,in public domain or media , publishings ,so as to set an example of decency to community at large , they have to spk only of development , policies , administration , governance ,etc only while in power or otherwise ,

If npr is not undertaken ,to save money in economic crisis ,and use such money in development and in caa an additional condition on muslims ,already migrated to india ,before deadline should have blood relation already having citizenship of india ,major hurdle shall be solved , as said ideology of any person or organisation should not be above national interest ,will avoid indiscrimination as seen by others ,such condition on muslim shall be at par with existing international norms of migration

More the passion of collecting data , more will be chances of mass breakdown due to hacking by terrorist / criminals ,of banks , common services , attacks , the way govt will benefit other antisocial also shall have opportunity to create chaos ,criminalise by hacking it or leak by central intelligence staff as seen in hollywood movies ,also witness in india progressively of cyber crimes , hacking bank account ,atms ,sata can be used by international competitors as well as enemies ,less benefit .

My suggestion is if Rasiya is delaying to deliver air defence system then please allocate some fund in upcoming budget to develop air defense system similar like Rusiya. I believe if our scientist are able to send Satellite on Mars then if we provide them fund and support OR encourage them to do it then defiantly they can do it.

There are generally accepted facts based on different events. why can't the govt of India empower the CIC through a legislation to publicise the facts based events for everything happening in India from the past 75 years starting from partiion of India in a prescribed way or may be in the social media in various medium of instructions. in this way journalists as well as various authorities could fight the battle of fake news. facts could be legal, historical, event based etc.

The postal service Is very poor and the administration Is not any good The postal articles are not properly delivered when we report It to the senior superintendent of post offices He said they have shortage of delivery staff They have more work load So they are unable to ensure proper delivery of postal articles When we report It to higher authority of postal service they said they have code of procedure take this seriously and punishing the defective service confused administration
