On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

I have recently started Export trade. My experience with India Post is very bad. Parcel booked with India Post reached USA in 18 days and DHL delivered in 7 days. DHL sends message on every step. My letter to cabinet minister Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad was responded by DG Public Grievance, that it has been forwarded to concerned office. Then no action after that. My suggestion is that India Post should be run like any other Navrattan Company to benefit the exporters & Govt exchequer.

let all central schemes dispersed and used through various State governments be come under public review system assigned States name regarding proper use, quality , timming with variable star option from beneficiary ends.aprisal of data and inter state competition regarding proper utilisation of fund. then a provision for incentive for best performance will enhance states qualitative aspects of utilising fund and also a obligation to the mass.

Many engineering colleges are going for NBA accreditation. NBA team is giving information well in advance when are going to visit college. The college people are manipulating all the data before they come. Many college are manipulating salary data, showing fake faculties, same labs will be shown with different names, fake signatures many things are happening. The NBA team should not inform when they are visiting and what these NBA are that should be monitored by special team secretly

Respect ted sir , Actually i send a letter on14 feb 2019 for good governance in telugu version to PM office.Again i repeat in short words.that 'is create an individual committee/system for only solving the solutions without anybody interference even un known hands.that committe/system create assignment and done their work until problem solving.in their own courage and own resources . after solving automatically closed that system.that system solved the problem with having ethics moral values
