The H-20 which is under final trial opposite to Ladakh which ranges about 5700kms with capacity to carry 10 tons. At the time of current pandmeic situation yoga should be practiced at home but heavy or bulk yogasana should not be performed at home. Yoga needs a teacher only experienced yogic can do yoga at home. So we should avoid to doo heavy yogasana at home without teacher and try to do light yogas at home and government should also make a circulation to perform yoga at home with precautions.
