Yoga begins with listening. When we listen, we are giving space to what is.The nature of yoga is to shine the light of awareness into the darkest corners of the body.I think it’s interesting that the opposite of being active in yoga is not being passive. It’s being receptive.The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.My biggest struggles have been my biggest teachers.Yoga does not transform the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees.

citizen charter की तरह से प्रत्येक ऑफिस पर एक yoga charter लगना चाहिए जिससे लोग जब भी किसी Office जायेंगे तो उन्हें पढ़ेंगे और स्वतः ही जागरुक होंगे। इस तरह सब लोग अपने स्वास्थ्य के प्रति सचेत होंगे तथा स्वस्थ रहेंगे

Yoga day can be widely celebrated with help of graduation student with help of online platform like zoom, google application and video conference.
As stayin home and create awareness among people and teach people lots of forms in a correct manner during this pendmic situation.
